Mr. Gregory S. Gronau, also known as Greg, serves as the Chief Executive Officer and President of Gaming Partners International USA, Inc. Mr. Gronau has been the Chief Executive Officer and President of Gaming Partners International Corporation since September 2009 and also has been its Secretary and Treasurer since July 7, 2014. Mr. Gronau served as Interim Chief Financial Officer of Gaming Partners International Corporation from August 4, 2010 to August 2010. He served as the Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President of Gaming Partners International Corporation from October 2008 to September 2009. He has more than 20 years of senior management experience leading gaming and manufacturing companies to profitable growth and expansion. He served as the Chief Executive Officer and President of Cadillac Jack, Inc. from January 2006 to March 2008. He served as Vice President of Operations at Shuffle Master from 2002 to 2006, where he led improvements in its manufacturing operations, slot research and development and also directed the integration teams for many of its acquisitions. At Shuffle Master, Mr. Gronau oversaw software and hardware research for two product lines and directed manufacturing operations for all products. Prior to Shuffle Master, Mr. Gronau served as a Vice President of Distribution Services at WMS Gaming and served as its Director of Operations and Business Planning from 1996 to 2002. He has been a Director of Gaming Partners International Corporation since 2009. He is active in numerous community and civic organizations. He attended the University of Illinois at Chicago.

Mr. Alexandre Thieffry has been Executive Vice President of Finance at Gaming Partners International Corporation since 2016. Mr. Thieffry served as Controller of Gaming Partners International from 2011 to 2015.

Mr. Rob Jackson has been Vice President of Sales - Americas, Europe and Africa at Gaming Partners International Corporation since July 18, 2012. Mr. Jackson oversees each territory's sales and customer service functions and works closely with senior management to establish sales strategies. With extensive casino product sales and casino systems experience spanning 25 years, his professional career includes a wide range of senior sales and management positions. Mr. Jackson served as Vice President of Systems Sales - Western North America for Bally Technologies. He served as Vice President of Sales of NEWave. His professional experience also includes senior sales positions with GDC Casino Tokens and Sigma Games.

Mr. Alain Thieffry has been Chief Financial Officer of Gaming Partners International Corporation since January 31, 2015. Mr. Thieffry served as Interim Chief Financial Officer of Gaming Partners International Corporation since July 7, 2014 until January 2016. Mr. Thieffry has been the President of the Executive Board of Holding Wilson since February 2002. Mr. Thieffry has been an Executive Officer of Holding Wilson since 1984. Since 1995, he has been Chief Executive Officer of Bridge Atlantic Corporation, a wholly owned subsidiary of Holding Wilson. He has been Chairperson of the Board at Gaming Partners International Corporation (formerly Paul-Son Gaming Corporation) since 2010 and also has been its Director since September 2002. Mr. Thieffry holds a Masters in law and Business Administration and a CPA license in France.

Mr. Scott McCarthy has been Vice President of Sales for Asia at Gaming Partners International Corporation since August 1, 2011. Mr. McCarthy oversees Gaming Partners International Corporation's expanding operations throughout the Asia Pacific region. He is also responsible for the region's sales and service functions and oversees Gaming Partners International Corporation's Asia employee base.
