Mr. R. Gregory Keller, also known as Greg, serves as Chief Operating Officer of Garden Fresh Restaurant Corp. served as Vice President of Operations of Garden Fresh Restaurant Corp. Mr. Keller served as President of Garden Fresh Restaurant Corp until November 4, 2015. Mr. Keller served as Senior Vice President of Operations at Garden Fresh Restaurant Corp., since 1991 and oversaw day to day operations and the growth of its Souplantation/Sweet Tomatoes restaurants. Mr. Keller joined Garden Fresh Restaurant Corp. in June 1991 as Vice President of Operations. From January 1991 to June 1991, he served as a Consultant of Garden Fresh Restaurant Corp. From June 1990 to January 1991, Mr. Keller served as an Independent Consultant. From June 1971 to June 1990, Mr. Keller served as a Divisional Vice President of Operations of Paragon, Inc., a restaurant company, where he managed operations for 33 restaurants. Mr. Keller received a BS from Northern Illinois University.

Jamie Knight serves as the Vice President - Risk: Responsible for Facilities, Risk Management, and Asset Protection of Garden Fresh Restaurant Corp. (dba Souplantation & Sweet Tomatoes Restaurants). Jamie started at Garden Fresh Restaurant Corp. (dba Souplantation & Sweet Tomatoes Restaurants) in March of 2017. Jamie is currently based in the Greater San Diego Area.
