Mr. Adi Jemini has been the Chief Financial Officer and Senior Executive Vice President of Gazit-Globe, Ltd. since January 16, 2016 and since January 01, 2017. Mr. Jemini joined Gazit-Globe in 2013 and previously served as Chief of Staff to the Company's Chairman, Mr. Chaim Katzman. Jemini has worked closely with the senior management teams of all of the Company's subsidiaries. He has also been involved in the M&A activity of the Group. Previously, Mr. Jemini served for almost three years as Regional Controller of Equity One Inc., the Company's U.S. subsidiary. In this position, he was responsible for the entire West Coast and South Florida regions, with direct supervisory authority over the finance accounting of more than 60 of Equity One's shopping centers with an aggregated value of approximately $1.7 billion and generating an annual net operating income (NOI) in excess of $100 million. Prior to joining Gazit-Globe, Mr. Jemini served for seven years in a US affiliate of the global accounting firm Deloitte, in the audit and assurance practice where his last position was that of an Audit Manager for international companies active mainly in the real estate sector. Mr. Jemini holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and Information Systems from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University (Virginia Tech), graduating summa cum laude in 2003. He has been a Certified Public Accountant in the U.S. since 2005.

Mr. Chaim K. Katzman Founded Norstar Holdings Inc. in 1991 and has been its Chairman since April 30, 1991. Mr. Katzman founded Equity One, Inc. in 1992 and also served as its Chief Executive Officer from 1992 to December 2006 and President from 1992 to November 2000. He has been involved in the purchase, development and management of commercial and residential real estate in the southern United States since 1980. He serves as the Chairman of ProMed Properties, Inc. He has been the Chairman and Non-Executive Director of Atrium European Real Estate Limited since August 1, 2008. He has been the Chairman of Citycon Oyj since June 15, 2010. He served as the Chairman and Director of Equity One, Inc. since 1992. He served as the Non-Executive Chairman of First Capital Realty Inc. from 2000 to May 4, 2015. He has been the Non-Executive Vice Chairman at Regency Centers Corporation since March 01, 2017. He has been a Director of Citycon Oyj since May 17, 2010. He served as a Director of First Capital Realty Inc. since August 18, 2000 until May 30, 2017. He is a Member of the National Association of Real Estate Investment Trusts, or NAREIT and the International Council of Shopping Centers, or ICSC. He received an LL.B. degree from Tel Aviv University Law School in 1973.

Mr. Yaron Eshel has been the Chief Executive Officer of Gazit-Globe Israel (Development) Ltd. since May 2016. Mr. Eshel served as Deputy Chief Executive Officer of Gazit-Globe Israel (Development) Ltd. until May 2016. He joined Gazit Israel 10 years ago and has many years of experience in the fields of real estate and investment. He served as the Chief Operating Officer for Endocross. Mr. Eshel graduated with a Degree in Mathematics from the University of New South Wales and an Executive MBA from Macquarie Graduate School of Management.

Mr. Doron Lavi Segelson serves as a Senior Analyst & Head of Investor Relations at Gazit Globe Ltd since May 2017. Mr. Lavi Segelson joined Gazit - Globe in 2016 in the role of Investment Analyst. In May of 2017, Mr. Lavi Segelson became Senior Analyst & Head of Investor Relations. Mr. Lavi Segelson previously worked for Deloitte as Manager of Transaction Services. Mr. Lavi Segelson holds BA in accounting and economics and MSc in finance and real estate from Tel Aviv University.

Ms. Mia Stark has been the Chief Executive Officer of Gazit Brazil at Gazit Globe Ltd since 2013. Ms. Stark held different roles with the Gazit Group, acting as Chief of Staff and the liaison between the Chairman and all subsidiaries. While managing the Chairman's office, Ms. Stark was closely involved with the global platform strategy execution and operations. Under the management of Ms. Stark, Gazit Brasil has built a prime portfolio of urban assets located mainly in S??o Paulo, one of the most populous cities in the world. Her emphasis on proactive and hands-on asset management continues to push forward Gazit Brasil's portfolio by focusing on first-in-class customer service, innovative atmosphere and digital trends that further enhance the experience of millions of visitors in Gazit Brasil's properties. Prior to the Gazit Group, she held leadership positions in investor relations and marketing with different companies in New York and Israel. She has been a Director at First Capital Realty Inc. since May 30, 2017. She was named one of the most influential women in retail by Forbes Brazil in 2016. Ms. Stark holds an Executive MBA from Northwestern University-Kellogg School of Management.

Ms. Shiri Barkay has been a Head of Economics Department at Gazit Globe Ltd since 2005. Before joining Gazit, Ms. Barkay held the position of auditor at Ernst & Young. Ms. Barkay holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management from the College of Management in Tel Aviv and is a certified public accountant.

Mr. Jeffrey S. Mooallem, also known as Jeff, has been Chief Executive Officer of Gazit Horizons and President of Gazit Horizons at Gazit Globe Ltd since 2017. Mr. Mooallem served as the Senior Vice President of Development at Turnberry Associates, Inc. He directed and had overseen development of Turnberry's commercial, hospitality and mixed-use portfolio across the country, as well as identifies new growth opportunities for Turnberry Associates. At Turnberry, he had responsibility for over five million square feet of retail centers, including the 2.7 million square foot Aventura Mall in Miami, Florida, consistently ranked as one of the top five grossing malls in the United States. Mr. Mooallem served as Senior Vice President at Federal Realty Investment Trust since June 8, 2015 until May 2, 2017 and served as its Managing Director of Core Portfolio until May 2, 2017. He served as Managing Director Core Shopping Center Operations at Federal Realty Investment Trust since June 8, 2015. Mr. Mooallem served as Regional President of West Coast and Vice President at Equity One Inc. since August 2011 and also served as its Vice President of Leasing and Development. Mr. Mooallem has overseen leasing, construction, acquisition, redevelopment and/or management of more than three million square feet of commercial space, including single-tenant facilities, office buildings, neighborhood shopping centers and lifestyle centers. He served as the President of G.L. Commercial, a Sunrise, Fla.-based division of homebuilder G.L. Homes of Florida. At G.L. Commercial, he developed retail and office properties throughout Broward and Palm Beach counties. Previously, he was Founder and President of Lead Commercial Realty, which leased and acquired commercial real estate throughout Florida. A licensed attorney in New York and Florida, Mr. Mooallem holds a law degree from Fordham University and B.A. from Boston University.

Zvi Gordon serves as the Vice President of Investments, Head of Mergers & Acquisitions of Gazit Globe. Zvi currently resides in the Miami/Fort Lauderdale Area.
