Mr. Peter C. Georgiopoulos has been the Chief Executive Officer at Gener8 Maritime, Inc since May 2015 and served as its President since December 2008. He has over 15 years of industry experience and are responsible for all aspects of the Navig8 Group's operations. He began his career at Glencore in 2000, where he headed the freight derivatives desk. In 2003, he left Glencore and co-founded FR8, which became one of the fastest growing and most dynamic tanker freight trading companies. He has been a Director of Gener8 Maritime Inc. since May 7, 2015. He serves as a Director of Navig8 Chemical Tankers, Inc.

Mr. John P. Tavlarios has been the Chief Operating Officer of Gener8 Maritime, Inc since May 7, 2015 and served as its President since December 2008 until May 07, 2015. Mr. Tavlarios has been the President of General Maritime Management LLC, a subsidiary of General Maritime Corp. since December 31, 2002. He has been a Consultant of Aegean Marine Petroleum Network Inc. since June 16, 2017. He served as Chief Executive Officer of General Maritime Management LLC. since December 31, 2002. He served as President and Chief Operating Officer of General Maritime Corp. from May 2001 to December 31, 2002 and served as its Executive Vice President since its inception in 1997 until January 2000. From 1995 to 1997, he was affiliated with Maritime Equity Management, a ship owning and investment company, where he served as Director of Marine Operations. From 1992 to 1995, Mr. Tavlarios founded and served as President of Halcyon Trading Company. From 1984 to 1992, he was employed by Mobil Oil Corporation, spending most of his tenure in the Marine Operations and the Marketing and Refining divisions. Prior to 1984, Mr. Tavlarios was involved in his family's shipping business, assisting in marine operations. Mr. Tavlarios serves as a Director at Assuranceforeningen SKULD (Gjensidig). He served as a Director of Aegean Marine Petroleum Network Inc. from December 2006 to June 16, 2017. He served as a Director at General Maritime Corp. since May 2001. Mr. Milton H. Gonzales, Jr. has been Manager of Gener8 Maritime, Inc since February 2009. Mr. Gonzales has been Technical Director of General Maritime Management LLC, a subsidiary of General Maritime Corp since February 2009 and served as its Maritime Compliance Officer since April 2009. He served as Senior Vice President of Technical Operations of General Maritime Management LLC from August 2005 to February 2009 and as its Vice President of Technical Operations from July 2004 to 2005. He served as Manager of General Maritime Management LLC. From 2000 to 2004, Mr. Gonzales served as Vice President of Marine Technical Operations at Cunard Line Limited Cruise Company. Prior to that, Mr. Gonzales worked at Sea-Land Service for fourteen years.

Mr. Leonard J. Vrondissis has been Chief Financial Officer of Gener8 Maritime Inc. since February 2013 and has been its Executive Vice President since May 2012 and also its Secretary. Mr. Vrondissis served as Secretary and Treasurer of Gener8 Maritime Inc. from May 2012 to February 2013. Prior to that, Mr. Vrondissis served as Vice President of Finance at Gener8 Maritime Inc. from January 2007 to May 2012, including prior to and during Chapter 11 cases. He joined Gener8 Maritime Inc. Finance Department in 2001. Mr. Vrondissis serves as a Treasurer of MEM.
