Mr. Theodore M. Mourouzis, also known as Ted, has been the Chief Executive Officer of Pac-Van, Inc. at General Finance Corporation since April 2017 and also has been its President since August 2006. Mr. Mourouzis served as Chief Operating Officer of Pac-Van, Inc. at General Finance Corporation from 1999 to April 2017. Mr. Mourouzis served as the President of Mobile Office Acquisition Corp. since August 2006 and served as its Chief Operating Officer since 1999 also served as its Vice President of Finance from 1997 to 1999. Mr. Mourouzis joined Pac-Van in 1997 and the consistency of the senior management, corporate and branch management teams has been integral in developing and maintaining its high level of customer service, deploying technology to improve operational efficiencies and integrating acquisitions. Mr. Mourouzis served as a Controller for a 3M joint venture, served four years in management consulting with Deloitte & Touche. He served as the President of a picture framing distributor and the Chief Financial Officer of its holding company. Mr. Mourouzis received his undergraduate degree from Stanford University in 1985 and a Masters of Business Administration from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania in 1991.

Mr. Ronald F. Valenta has been Executive Chairman of General Finance Corporation since January 1, 2018 and served as its Chairman from June 5, 2014 to January 2018. Mr. Valenta served as the CEO of General Finance Corporation from October 2005 to January 1, 2018. From 1988 to 2003 Mr. Valenta served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Mobile Services Group, Inc. From 2003 to 2006 Mr. Valenta was a founding Director of the National Portable Storage Association. From 1985 to 1989, Mr. Valenta was a Senior Vice President of Public Storage, Inc. From 1980 to 1985, Mr. Valenta was employed by the accounting firm of Arthur Andersen & Co. in Los Angeles. He served as a Director of Royal Wolf Holdings Limited from May 2011 until October 2017. Mr. Valenta has served as the Chairman of General Finance Group, Inc. since 2008.

Mr. Charles E. Barrantes has been the Chief Financial Officer of General Finance Corporation since September 12, 2006 and also its Executive Vice President since September 2006. Mr. Barrantes served as Principal Accounting Officer of General Finance Corporation since September 2006. Mr. Barrantes has over 25 years of experience in accounting and finance, starting with more than a decade with Arthur Andersen & Co. He served as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Royce Medical Company since 2005. He served as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Earl Scheib Inc. from August 1999 to March 18, 2005. Mr. Barrantes served as an Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Thompson PBE Inc. from March 1996 to April 1997. From July 1998 to July 1999, he served as Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Secretary of Medical Device Alliance Inc. Mr. Barrantes served as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for Whittaker Corporation since 1997. From January 1991 to March 1996, Mr. Barrantes served at Superior Industries International Inc. He served as the Vice President, Corporate Controller and Secretary. He served as an Independent financial consultant from June 1990 to January 1991 and Vice President of Finance for MICA Resources Ltd. from January 1989 to May 1990. From May 1977 to January 1989, Mr. Barrantes served the international accounting firm of Arthur Andersen where he was promoted to Audit Manager in 1982. Mr. Barrantes served as a Director of Royal Wolf Holdings Limited. He is a Certified Public Accountant.

Mr. Christopher A. Wilson, also known as Chris, Esq. has been a Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary at General Finance Corporation since December 2007. Mr. Wilson has been a Secretary of Regeneca, Inc. (Ethos Environmental Inc). since December 31, 2010. He served as General Counsel and Assistant Secretary of Mobile Services Group, Inc. from March 2002 to December 14, 2007. He served as General Counsel and Assistant Secretary of Mobile Storage Group, Inc., a subsidiary of Mobile Services Group, Inc. from February 2002 to December 14, 2007. He practiced corporate law as an Associate at Paul, Hastings, Janofsky & Walker LLP from 1998 to 2002 and at Manning, Marder & Wolfe from 1996 to 1998. Mr. Wilson Graduated with a B.A. from Duke University in 1989 and a J.D. from Loyola Law School of Los Angeles in 1993.

Mr. Jeffrey A. Kluckman has been an Executive Vice President of Global Business Development at General Finance Corporation since January 1, 2018 and served as its Executive Vice President of Business Development since September 2011 until December 31, 2017. Prior to this, among other things, he held the role of Vice President of Mergers and Acquisitions for portable storage solutions provider Mobile Mini, Inc. ('Mobile Mini') and, earlier, similar positions with Mobile Services Group, Inc., which was acquired by Mobile Mini in 2008, and RSC Equipment Rental, Inc. Mr. Kluckman received an Accounting degree from Northern Illinois University.
