
They are fairly laid back
Easily the worst management that I have ever worked for. They care about making a buck, but they do not value their employees.
The appropriate people need to be held accountable. People need to be valued and appreciated. Hire the right people to get the job done.
There is no accountability throughout the company. Everybody is underappreciated and burnt out. The morale is horrible and everybody has their hands in the air.
Again, people need to be held accountable. Appreciation needs to be shown when someone does a good job or sacrifices their personal life in order to make the company succeed.
The company, as a whole, does not value their employees. They continually cut back, but never provide proper resources to help individuals succeed. Management expects you to be available 24/7, but they do not pay or provide incentives to make up for it.
