Most positive but the bonus system were only good for the very top performers

Easily the worst management that I have ever worked for. They care about making a buck, but they do not value their employees.

The company, as a whole, does not value their employees. They continually cut back, but never provide proper resources to help individuals succeed. Management expects you to be available 24/7, but they do not pay or provide incentives to make up for it.

Don't treat people unfairly for mistakes

There is no accountability throughout the company. Everybody is underappreciated and burnt out. The morale is horrible and everybody has their hands in the air.

The unit managers and assistant unit managers are aproachable and mostly fair. They are worked in our position and understand the frustrations and daily challenges the team faces

The appropriate people need to be held accountable. People need to be valued and appreciated. Hire the right people to get the job done.

They interview mutable people at once because the old company I worked for out sourced the entire credit department

The interviewer should have made it clear that the training was non existent and that you can get fired for making mistakes.

Give new hires a chance to correct and recover from their mistakes before you kick them to the curb during a pandemic.

Again, people need to be held accountable. Appreciation needs to be shown when someone does a good job or sacrifices their personal life in order to make the company succeed.
