Mr. Christopher J. Constant has been the Chief Executive Officer and President at Getty Realty Corp. since January 1, 2016. Mr. Mark J. Olear has been the Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President of Getty Realty Corp. since May 2015 and since May 2014 respectively. Mr. Olear is a part of the executive management team and focuses on managing and growing Getty Realty Corp's real estate holdings and investments. Previously, he serves as the Chief Investment Officer at Getty Realty Corp. since May 2014. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Olear served as the Director of Real Estate Development and Senior Vice President of Commerce Bank, National Association. In that position, he oversaw the development of new store locations throughout Getty Realty Corp' expanding footprint. Prior to that, Mr. Olear worked at Home Depot, where he led the real estate team responsible for developing firm's retail locations throughout the Eastern United States and the Caribbean. Mr. Olear has also worked at Toys R Us, where he had similar responsibilities for all phases of site selection, acquisition and execution of store openings. He has extensive experience in the real estate industry. Mr. Olear holds a B.A. degree from Upsala College.

Mr. Joshua Dicker, also known as Josh, J.D., has been General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of Getty Realty Corp. since February 2008 and has been its Executive Vice President since February 2017. Mr. Dicker served as Senior Vice President of Getty Realty Corp. since May 2012 until October 05, 2017. Mr. Dicker served as a Vice President of Getty Realty Corp. since February 2009. He was a Partner of the national law firm Arent Fox PLLC. At Arent Fox and throughout his nearly two decades of private legal practice, he has conducted numerous M&A transactions, debt and equity financings, real property purchases and sales and complex leasing arrangements and public and private securities offerings. He commenced his legal career as a Law Clerk for Hon. B. Avant Edenfield, formerly Chief Judge U.S. District Court, Southern District of Georgia. Mr. Dicker received a B.A from the State University of New York at Albany, a J.D, magna cum laude, from New York Law School, where he was an editor of the Law Review and a Master of Laws from New York University School of Law.

Mr. Leo Liebowitz Co-Founded Getty Realty Corp. in 1995 and served as its Chief Executive Officer from 1985 to May 20, 2010 and President from May 1971 to May 2004. Mr. Liebowitz served as the Chief Executive Officer at Getty Petroleum Marketing Inc. from October 1996 to December 11, 2000. He served as the President, Treasurer and Director of CLS General Partnership Corp. He has been the Non-Executive Chairman and Director of Getty Realty Corp. since May 1971. He served as the Chairman and Director of Getty Petroleum Marketing Inc. from October 1996 to December 11, 2000.

Mr. Danion Fielding has been the Chief Financial Officer, Vice President and Treasurer at Getty Realty Corp. since February 1, 2016. Mr. Fielding served as the Founder and Principal at Wilbraham Capital. He served as a Vice President of Finance at Nationwide Health Properties, LLC (alternate name, Nationwide Health Properties Inc.) where, he was responsible for investments, capital markets activities, treasury and investor relations Prior to this, he served as an Executive Vice President of Finance at Moinian Group. Prior to this, he served as an Investment Banker in the Real Estate, Lodging and Gaming Group at J.P. Morgan Securities. Previously, served at PricewaterhouseCoopers and Daiwa Securities. Mr. Fielding earned an MBA in Corporate Finance from The University of North Carolina, Kenan-Flagler Business School and holds a Master of Science in Data Communications from the University College of London and a Master of Engineering with Honors from the University of Manchester.
