Mr. Yuval Shani has been Chief Operating Officer of Gilat Satellite Networks Ltd. since August 31, 2017. Mr. Shani served as Vice President of Lumenis Ltd. since November 2, 2016 until January 11, 2017 and served as its Vice President of Global Operations since July 2014 until November 2, 2016. Mr. Shani joined Lumenis in July, 2014. He joined Lumenis from CheckPoint Technologies (NASDAQ: CHKP), the worldwide leader in Internet and Network Security. At CheckPoint, he headed Global Operations & Manufacturing for over a $1.3 Billion business. He served as Vice President of Operations and Supply Chain for Microsemi Corp. - Analog Mixed Signal Group, Ltd. (formerly Powerdsine Ltd.) since December 2005. He has over 20 years of executive experience in the fields of Global Operations, Supply Chain and Delivery Management. He has vast experience in Global Operations and Supply Chain Management in multiple industries and with leading business organizations, such as PowerDsine, Nice Systems and 3Com. Mr. Shani served as Vice President of Operation and Supply Chain of Lynx Photonic Networks from 2001 to December 2005. Prior to joining Lynx, Mr. Shani served as Director of Logistics - Corporate Operations of Nice Systems (Nasdaq: NICE). From 1995 to 2000, Mr. Shani served as Manufacturing and Product Engineering Manager of 3Com Corporate. From 1993 to 1995 Mr. Shani served as Operations and Manufacturing Manager of NiceCom. From 1991 to 1993 Mr. Shani served as Marketing and Sales Manager of Shaham Electronics. Mr. Shani holds a B.A. degree (cum laude) in Economics & Management and an MBA degree, specializing in Financing ??? both from Manchester University. He is also a certified Electronics Practical Engineer.

Mr. Adi Sfadia has been the Chief Financial Officer at Gilat Satellite Networks Ltd. since November 2015. Prior to Gilat, Mr. Sfadia served as Chief Financial Officer of Starhome Mach since January 2013. He served as the Chief Financial Officer at Radvision Ltd. from July 2008 to 2013. Mr. Sfadia served as Vice President of Finance at Radvision Ltd. from 2007 to January 2008, when he joined Alvarion Ltd. He joined Radvision in 2004 as Corporate Controller. Prior to Radvision, he served in various senior financial positions in Israeli private and public companies, including Corporate Controller, Director of Finance and Senior Manager at Ernst & Young. He spent five years in public accounting with Kost Forer Gabbay & Kasierer. He is a Certified Public Accountant in Israel. Mr. Sfadia holds a BA in Business Administration and an MBA, magna cum laude from The College of Management in Tel Aviv and Rishon Letzion.

Mr. Moshe Tamir, also known as Chico/Shlomi, served as Corporate Vice President of Strategic Initiatives Division and President of Mobility Division at Gilat Satellite Networks Ltd. since August 26, 2015 until February 15, 2017. Mr. Tamir served as Vice President of Mobility Division at Gilat Satellite Networks Ltd. until August 26, 2015. He served as Vice President of Defense and Security Division at Gilat Satellite Networks Ltd. since March 2012. He heads innovation and sales in Generali. He is well known in the financial services innovation world, having spearheaded the development and deployment of multiple award-winning web platforms at Migdal, where he led its strategy, marketing, communication, digital platforms for clients and distribution channels amongst other things. He served as a Deputy Chief Executive Officer and Head of Marketing & Business Development at Migdal Insurance and Financial Holdings Ltd. He was a Venture Partner at Anthemis Group SA. Mr. Tamir first joined Gilat in January 2011 as Vice President of Defense and Homeland Security. From 1981 to 2009, he served in the Israeli Defense Forces (or IDF) including in senior command positions: Division Commander from 2006 to 2009; General Command Chief of Staff from 2004 to 2006, Golani Brigade Commander from 2001 to 2003 and also served as its Brigadier General (reserve). He is a part of the faculty in the MBA program of the Tel-Aviv University and lectures on innovation in financial services organizations. He is also active on the industry-event speaking circuit on the same themes. He has worked with Intel Corp. He has strong knowledge and experience of innovation methodologies in financial services organizations together with strong field experience in the implementation of these initiatives while focusing on transition management activities in traditional insurance companies. Mr. Tamir holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics and an MBA from the Ben Gurion University in Israel.
