Mr. Matthew Tucker, also known as Matt, serves as the Managing Director of Real Estate at Gladstone Management Corporation and also served as its Director of Real Estate. Mr. Tucker serves as the Managing Director at Gladstone Commercial Corp. and served as its Principal. At Gladstone, he focuses on sourcing and executing net leased real estate acquisitions and sale leaseback financing investments in the Northeast and Midwest United States as well as overseeing the Gladstone Commercial portfolio in the Northeast and Midwest regions. He joined The Gladstone Companies in May 2005. He served as an Associate at Gladstone Commercial Corp. Prior to Gladstone, he provided management and strategic consulting services to early stage and start-up companies as well as deal evaluation services for private equity investors. In 2003, he served as a Summer Associate of Liquid Realty Partners, where Mr. Tucker was responsible for valuing portfolios of properties held by institutional sellers of limited partnership interests and held investment and advisory positions. From 2000 to 2002, he served as an Associate at SG Capital Partners. From 1998 to 2000, Mr. Tucker served as an Analyst and Associate at the Chase Securities' High Yield Finance group. He served as an Associate at Cowen Capital Partners, LLC and SG Merchant Banking Fund, L.P. He has extensive experience in net leased real estate investing, real estate asset management, real estate finance, corporate private equity and leveraged finance. Mr. Tucker is a member of the National Association of Industrial Office Properties (NAIOP) and participates as a member of the NAIOP Industrial Development VI Forum. Mr. Tucker holds an M.B.A., with highest honors, from the University of Michigan Business School as a Member of the Beta Gamma Delta honors society and holds a BA in Psychology from the Princeton University.

Mr. Andrew White serves as Managing Director of Real Estate at Gladstone Management Corporation. Mr. White joined Gladstone Management in August 2013. Mr. White serves as Managing Director of Gladstone Commercial Corporation focused on real estate investment opportunities in the Western United States. Prior to joining Gladstone, he held senior positions with MetLife Real Estate Investments, ING Realty Partners, Berwind Property Group and MIG Real Estate. While at MetLife, he was responsible for asset management, acquisitions and dispositions. When Mr. White joined ING Realty Partners as a Senior Vice President, he was responsible for value-added and opportunistic investments in the Western United States. Mr. White has structured and managed investments in all property types throughout the Western United States including redevelopment and construction projects with a major focus on office and industrial investments. He recently ran the West Coast office for Philadelphia-based Berwind as Senior Vice President and Western Regional Manager and was head of office and industrial acquisitions for MIG. Mr. White has over 25 years of commercial real estate investment experience. During his career, he has negotiated and closed over $3 billion in commercial real estate transactions and has extensive principal investing and asset management experience that includes direct equity investments, JV partnerships and distressed debt. He is a licensed real estate broker in California, holds the CCIM professional designation from the Commercial Investment Real Estate Institute. Mr. White holds an M.B.A. with a concentration in Finance and Real Estate from the University of California and Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Drexel University in Philadelphia.

Mr. Brandon Flickinger serves as Managing Director of Real Estate at Gladstone Management Corporation. He has been Managing Director of Gladstone Commercial Corporation since July 10, 2017. Mr. Flickinger served as a Director of Real Estate at Gladstone Management Corporation. He served as Director of Operations at Gladstone Commercial Corp. until July 10, 2017 and served as its Director of Real Estate. Previously, he served as a Principal of Real Estate and a Senior Associate of Real Estate at Gladstone Management Corporation. Mr. Flickinger joined Gladstone Companies in April 2011 as an Associate of Real Estate. Prior to joining Gladstone, he served as a Vice President in Jones Lang LaSalle's Real Estate Investment Banking group from 2006 to 2011, where he was responsible for identifying, underwriting, managing, financing and servicing all forms of capital for commercial real estate investment. Prior to Jones Lang LaSalle, he served as a Senior Analyst in Cushman & Wakefield's transaction Consulting Group providing and investment strategies for its owner and occupier clients. Mr. Flickinger holds an M.B.A. from the Fordham University Graduate School of Business Administration and a B.B.A. from James Madison University.

Mr. Harry T. Brill, Jr. serves as Chief Financial Officer of Gladstone Management, Advisor of Gladstone Commercial Corp. Mr. Brill served as the Chief Financial Officer of Gladstone Capital Corp. from May 2001 to April 2008, Treasurer since May 2001 also served as its Principal Accounting Officer until February 2008. He served as the Chief Financial Officer of Gladstone Commercial Corp. from February 14, 2003 to December 2008, Treasurer from February 14, 2003 to April 2006 and also served as its Chief Accounting Officer until December 2008. He served as Treasurer and Chief Financial Officer of Gladstone Land since October 2004. He served as Treasurer and Principal Accounting Officer of Gladstone Management Corporation, an investment adviser of Gladstone Investment Corporation. He served as Chief Financial Officer of Gladstone Investment Corporation from May 2001 to February 2008; Treasurer from May 2001 to February 2008 and also served as its Principal Accounting Officer until February 2008. From 1995 to April 2001, Mr. Brill served as a Personal Financial Advisor. From 1975 to 1995, he held various positions, including Treasurer, Chief Accounting Officer and Controller of Allied Capital Corporation, where he was responsible for all of the accounting work for Allied Capital and its family of funds. He served as a Director of Gladstone Investment Corporation since May 2001. He served as a Director of Gladstone Management Corporation. Mr. Brill holds a degree in accounting from Benjamin Franklin University.
