Ms. Julia Ryan served as a Senior Manager of Assurance Services at KPMG, LLP, where Ms. Ryan worked from 2004 to 2015 and primarily provided services to public companies in the asset management and real estate industries. She joined Gladstone in April 2015. She is a Member of the AICPA and VSCPA. She is a Certified Public Accountant in the Commonwealth of Virginia. Ms. Ryan holds a BS in Accounting and in International Business Administration from Salisbury University.

Mr. Terry Lee Brubaker has been the Chief Operating Officer at Gladstone Commercial Corp. since February 14, 2003. Mr. Brubaker has been the Chief Operating Officer, since May 2001 and Vice Chairman, since April 2004, at Gladstone Management Corporation. At the firm, he is responsible for Portfolio Management and due diligence. He is actively engaged with portfolio companies and actively collaborates with management teams, sponsors and lenders. He has been the Chief Operating Officer at Gladstone Land Corporation since April 2007. He served as the President at Gladstone Management Corporation, from 2003 to February 2006 and Secretary, from 2003 to February 2011. He serves as Chief Operating Officer, since 2003 and Director, since April 2010 at Gladstone Lending Corp. He served as Secretary of Gladstone Lending Corp. He has more than 30 years of experience in various mid-level and senior management positions at several corporations. He served as President at Gladstone Commercial Corporation, from 2003 to July 2007 and Secretary until October 2012. In March 1999, Mr. Brubaker founded Heads Up Systems and served as its Chairman until May 1, 2003. From 1996 to 1999, he served as Vice President of the Paper Group for the American Forest & Paper Association. From 1992 to 1995, he served as President at Interstate Resources. From 1991 to 1992, he served as President at IRI. From 1981 to 1991, he held several management positions at James River Corporation including Vice President of Strategic Planning, from 1981 to 1982, Group Vice President of the Groveton Group and Premium Printing Papers, from 1982 to 1990 and Vice President of Human Resources Development in 1991. From 1976 to 1981, he served as Strategic Planning Manager and Marketing Manager of white papers at Boise Cascade. He served as Senior Engagement Manager at McKinsey & Company, from 1972 to 1976. Prior to 1972, Mr. Brubaker was a United States Navy fighter pilot. He has been Vice Chairman of Gladstone Land Corporation since April 2007 and has been its Director since 2003. He has been Vice Chairman of Gladstone Commercial Corp. since July 2007. He has been a Director of Gladstone Lending Corp. since April 2010. He has been Director of Gladstone Commercial Corp. since February 14, 2014. He serves as a Director of Defiance Stamping Company Inc. Mr. Brubaker holds an M.B.A. from the Harvard Business School and a B.S.E. from Princeton University.

Mr. Christopher T. Daniel, also known as Chris, served as Managing Director of Private Equity at Gladstone Management Corporation. Mr. Daniel joined Gladstone Management in July 2011 and focused on debt and equity investments in privately held companies. Previously, he served as a Managing Director of Private Finance at the firm. Mr. Daniel served as Managing Director of Churchill Capital Mezzanine Finance LLC (Churchill Financial Group). He joined Churchill Capital in July 2007 and managed Western United States and was involved with transaction origination, Structuring, Execution, and Portfolio Management of Mezzanine Transactions in this region. Mr. Daniel served as Managing Director of Praesidian Capital, where he joined on September 22, 2005. He was a Consultant of E&Y Kenneth Leventhal Real Estate Group. He was Principal and Partner of Windjammer Capital Investors LLC. Mr. Daniel served as an Officer with the Leveraged Finance Group of CitiCorp. Securities, Inc. and joining in it July 1998. At Citicorp, he was responsible for providing broad corporate finance services to private equity funds involved in middle market leveraged buyouts, acquisitions, refinancing, and recapitalizations in a variety of industries. Earlier in his career, Mr. Daniel worked in the leveraged buyout finance group of Citicorp Securities Inc. and was a Consultant for Kenneth Leventhal and Company (now Ernst & Young) in the management services group. He has been active on numerous private company Boards. He serves as Chairman of third party logistics company and a Director of an automotive emissions testing company. Mr. Daniel served as a Director of PowerSports, Inc. (ePowerSports.com). He served in Board Observation duties with PCA Parking Company of America and New West Foods. Mr. Daniel has extensive experience in sourcing, structuring, negotiating and managing debt and equity transactions for middle market companies. He has over 15 years of experience in Middle Market Lending and Private Equity Investing. Mr. Daniel has M.B.A. in Finance from the Anderson School at UCLA and B.A. in Economics from the University of California Los Angeles (UCLA).

Ms. Erika Highland serves as a Managing Director of Private Equity at Gladstone Management Corporation. Ms. Highland joined Gladstone in August 2005 as an Associate and previously served as a Managing Director of Private Finance, Director of Private Equity, Director of Private Finance and Principal at the firm. During her time at Gladstone, Ms. Highland has been involved with evaluating and managing numerous debt and equity investments across the firm's portfolios. She is a Principal of Gladstone Commercial Corp. Prior to joining Gladstone, Ms. Highland was an Account Executive at Wells Fargo Retail Finance, LLC where she was responsible for monitoring and underwriting senior secured loans to national and regional retail chains. From July 2001 to June 2003, Ms. Highland served as a Financial Analyst in AG Edwards Inc., Investment Banking Division focusing on capital raising and mergers and acquisition transactions for middle market companies. She currently serves on the boards of the following portfolio companies: Cambridge Sounds Management, Counsel Press, Country Club Enterprises, Ginsey Home Solutions, The Mountain, SBS Industries and Schylling. Ms. Highland holds a B.S. in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from Boston College.

Ms. Laura Gladstone serves as Managing Director of Private Finance at Gladstone Management Corporation. Ms. Gladstone works with the mezzanine debt and syndicated loan team. She has been Principal and Managing Director of Gladstone Commercial Corp. since August 2001. Ms. Gladstone served as an Adviser of Gladstone Commercial Corporation since February 14, 2003. She has been with The Gladstone Companies since August 2001. From June 2000 to April 2001, Ms. Gladstone was an Associate Analyst in Equity Research at ING Barings, where she was responsible for covering companies in the telecommunications industries. From November 1999 to May 2000, Ms. Gladstone worked for Salomon Smith Barney as an Assistant Analyst in Equity Research. From 1997 to November 1999, she worked for HSBC as it's only Syndications Analyst. At HSBC, Ms. Gladstone completed numerous loan transactions in diverse industries, including cable, telecommunications, oil, manufacturing and distribution. From 1994 to 1997, she served as the Marketing Director of Allied Capital Corporation, where Ms. Gladstone was responsible for creating and executing all marketing-related activities for leveraged buyout and venture capital investments, mortgage REIT loans and small business lending activities. She is the co-author of Venture Capital Handbook and Venture Capital Investing. Ms. Gladstone received her B.B.A. from The George Washington University.

Mr. Kyle Largent, CFA serves as the Managing Director of Private Equity at Gladstone Management Corporation. Previously, he served as Managing Director of Private Finance, Director of Private Finance and Principal of Private Finance at the firm. He served as the Director of Private Finance and Principal of Private Finance at Gladstone Commercial Corp. He joined Gladstone in November 2006. Prior to joining Gladstone, Mr. Largent served as Vice President of National Capital Companies, LLC. In 2003, he served as an Associate Analyst in the Research Group at Friedman Billings Ramsey. Mr. Largent currently serves on the boards of the following portfolio companies: B+T Group, Brunswick Bowling, Frontier Packaging, Head Country, Logo Sportswear, Meridian Auto Parts, Nth Degree, Old World Christmas, Schylling and SOG. Mr. Largent is a C.F.A. charter holder. He received an M.B.A. from Georgetown University and a B.S.B.A. from the University of Tulsa.
