Mr. Ian J. Webber has been the Chief Executive Officer of Global Ship Lease, Inc. (formerly GSL Holdings, Inc.) since August 2008. Mr. Webber served as Partner of Pricewaterhouse for 5 years and was employed from 1979 to 1996. He has over 12 years of experience in the shipping industry. He served as the Chief Financial Officer of CP Ships Ltd., a subsidiary of Canadian Pacific Limited from 1996 to 2006. He served as a Director of CP Ships Ltd. until 2001 and thereafter a public company listed on the New York and Toronto stock exchanges until its acquisition by TUI A.G. in 2005. She is a Chartered Management Accountant and a Member of the Association of Corporate Treasurers. Ms. Cook graduated from Brunel University and received a Master of Science from the Oxford University.

Mr. Vivek Puri has been the Chief Technical Officer of Global Ship Lease, Inc. (formerly GSL Holdings Inc.) since November 3, 2008. Mr. Puri joined Global Ship Lease with over 30 years of shipping experience. He served as a Senior Vice President and the Chief Technical Officer for British Marine Plc UK, where he was the head of India Operations, responsible for the technical management of the owned dry bulk fleet and the operations of an additional 15 chartered-in vessels. Prior to working for British Marine Plc UK, Mr. Puri served as the Chief Technical Officer at Synergy Marine Cyprus where he was responsible for the technical and commercial operations of a large and growing fleet of container vessels. Mr. Puri also held several positions in his career with global ship managers, The Wallem Group, including Managing Director of Wallem Ltd UK, Technical Manager of Wallem Shipmanagement UK and Senior Superintendent of Wallem Shipmanagement UK. Mr. Puri graduated from the Marine Engineering College India in 1978. He is a Chartered engineer, a Chartered marine engineer and a Fellow of the Institute of Marine Engineers and Scientists.

Mr. Thomas A. Lister, also known as Tom has been the Chief Financial Officer of Global Ship Lease, Inc. since March 31, 2017. Mr. Lister served as the Chief Commercial Officer of Global Ship Lease, Inc. from August 2008 to April 1, 2017. Mr. Lister has 15 years of experience in liner shipping and ship finance. From 2005 to 2007, Mr. Lister served as Senior Vice President of DVB Group Merchant Bank (Asia) Ltd., responsible for developing DVB's Singapore ship fund and leasing project. From 2004 to 2005, he served at the German KG financier and ship owning group Nordcapital as Director of Business Development. From 1991 to 2002, he served for a number of shipping companies in both South America and the United States. Mr. Lister Graduated from the Durham University and holds an MBA from INSEAD.

Mr. Michael S. Gross serves as a Partner of Solar Capital Partners, LLC. Mr. Gross has been the Chairman, Chief Executive Officer and President of Solar Senior Capital, Ltd. since December 2010. He serves as President and Principal Financial Officer at Marathon Acquisition Corp., where he served as the Chairman, Chief Executive Officer and Secretary from April 2006 to August 2008. He is employed at Laureate Education Inc. From July 2006 to 2009, Mr. Gross served as Senior Partner of Magnetar Capital LLC and was previously its Chief Investment Officer of Credit and Private Investment Business. He was a Founder and served as a Senior Partner from 1990 to February 2006 at Apollo Global Management LLC. He had primary responsibility for Apollo Management, L.P.'s debt-oriented activities. He also served as the Managing Partner of Apollo Investment Management, L.P. From 1987 to 1990, he worked in mergers and acquisitions at Drexel Burnham Lambert. Mr. Gross has been the Chairman and Director at GSL Holdings, Inc. since September 2008. He has been the Chairman of the Board of Global Ship Lease, Inc. since September 2008. He has been a Director of Saks Inc., since 1994 and Solar Capital Ltd. since February 2007. Mr. Gross serves as a Director of Marathon Acquisition Corp. He has been a Director of Encompass Services Corp. since February 2000 and Solar Senior Capital Ltd. since December 2010. Mr. Gross has been a Director of Imagyn Medical Technologies Inc. since June 1996. He has been a Member of Supervisory Board of Memorex Telex N.V. since June 1994 and Crumbs Bake Shop, Inc. since April 2010. Mr. Gross is the Chairman of the Board of Mt. Sinai Children's Center Foundation and serves as a Trustee of The Mount Sinai Hospital. He is a Founding Member of the Youth Renewal Fund. He serves on the Board of Trustees of the Trinity School and on the Corporate Advisory Board of the University of Michigan Business School. He has over 25 years of experience in the private equity, distressed debt and mezzanine lending businesses. Mr. Gross received an M.B.A. from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University and graduated with high distinction, beta gamma sigma, from the University of Michigan with a B.B.A. in Accounting.
