Mr. Jason D. Reid has been the Chief Executive Officer of Gold Resource Corp since October 1, 2013 and has also been its President since July 1, 2010. Mr. Reid served as the Vice President of Corporate Development at Gold Resource Corp from January 2, 2008 to July 1, 2010. He was responsible for formulating corporate growth strategies, retail and institutional marketing, raising capital and overseeing investor relations programs. He joined Gold Resource Corp. in May 2006 as the Corporate Development Assistant. Prior to Gold Resource, Mr. Reid operated two successful businesses founded by him for 13 years, one in the equine industry and one in the construction industry. He has been a Director at Gold Resource Corp since November 2010. He served as a Director at Canamex Resources Corp. from April 11, 2014 to November 21, 2014. Mr. Reid received a Bachelor of Science in Anthropology with an emphasis on Archaeology from Fort Lewis College in 1995.

Ms. Jessica M. Browne, J.D. has been a Corporate Secretary at Gold Resource Corp since January 2013 and has been its Vice President of Legal Affairs since April 2014. Ms. Browne serves as a General Counsel of Gold Resource Corp. Ms. Browne serves as an Associate at Dufford & Brown, P.C. Her practice covers a wide range of general business and tax matters. She represents publicly and privately held companies in various industries with numerous matters including entity formation, corporate governance and securities compliance, public and private financing and mergers and acquisitions. Her representative clients include companies in the mining, oil & gas, renewable energy and technology industries. In addition to her corporate law practice, she also represents individual clients with estate planning and other strategic tax planning. She appreciates the opportunity to work with corporate clients through multiple stages of the business life-cycle and helping craft solutions that fit each client's unique needs. Ms. Browne helps her individual clients realize and accomplish their short and long-term planning needs and recognizes how quickly those needs may change as a result of life circumstances and modifications to current legislation. Some of her representative works include her assistance of a publicly traded mining company with registration of stock for $75 million PIPE financing with the SEC, listing securities on the American Stock Exchange and SEC compliance filing; representation of an individual client with buy-out of fellow shareholders in closely-held corporation; and assistance of a publicly traded U.S. company with simultaneous acquisition of three publicly traded Canadian companies to name a few. Ms. Browne is a Member of the American, Colorado and Denver Bar Associations. She was admitted to practice law at the Bar of Colorado in 2001. She received her J.D. in 2001 from the University of Colorado; LL.M. in Taxation in 2005 from the University of Denver and B.S. in Business Administration, summa cum laude, from the University of Texas at Dallas in 1997.

Mr. Richard Michael Irvine, also known as Rick, P.Eng has been the Chief Operating Officer at Gold Resource Corp since March 5, 2012. Mr. Irvine served as the Vice President of Operations at Apogee Silver Ltd., since May 2005. Mr. Irvine served as Interim General Manager of El Aguila Project at Gold Resource Corp from October 2014 to November 4, 2014. He is an experienced and accomplished mine engineer in operations at senior managerial levels. He is a Mining Engineer with 22 years of industry experience spanning Canada, Mexico, Central and South America. He served as the Chief Operating Officer of Apogee Silver Ltd., since May 2005. He served as Operations Manager at the Manantial Espejo development project in Argentina. He served as Vice President of San Bartolome Project General Manager of San Bartolome Project at Coeur Mining, Inc. until August 2008. He served as General Manager of New Silver Mine - Potosi Boliviaand and Vice President of New Silver Mine In Potosi Boliviaand at Coeur Mining, Inc. since October 2007 and January 2008 respectively. He served as General Manager of the Caballo Blanco gold project at Goldgroup Mining Inc. from May 25, 2011 to February 23, 2012. He was responsible for the development of Caballo Blanco into an operating mine. He has contributed to the start-up of three new mining operations in Bolivia, Argentina and Mexico. He possesses a very strong grasp of geology both in education and professionally. Over his career, he has been employed with a wide range of companies that include RNC Gold Inc., Glencairn Gold Inc., Breakwater Resources Ltd., Cominco Ltd., and Placer Dome. Mr. Irvine has received B.Sc. degrees in Geology, University of New Brunswick and Mining Engineering from Queen's University.

Mr. Gregory A. Patterson, also known as Greg, has been the Vice President of Corporate Development at Gold Resource Corp since October 2013. Prior to joining Gold Resource, he spent 15 years in marketing and territory sales management for two manufacturers of precision laboratory instruments. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Biology from the University of Colorado in 1991.

Mr. John A. Labate has been the Chief Financial Officer of Gold Resource Corp. since October 1, 2015. Mr. Labate served as an Interim Chief Financial Officer at Gold Resource Corp from May 11, 2015 to October 1, 2015. Mr. Labate served as the Chief Financial Officer of Midway Gold Corp. from May 8, 2013 to August 20, 2013. Mr. Labate served as the Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President of Golden Star Resources Ltd., from August 20, 2008 to January 31, 2012. He served as the Chief Financial Officer of Constellation Copper Corp. from March 1, 2004 to August 2008, Vice President since June 2004, Company Secretary since August 8, 2006 and as its Assistant Secretary from December 15, 2004 to August 7, 2008. Mr. Labate has served as a Consultant for Gold Resource. He served as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Applied Optical Technologies Inc., from September 1999 to February 2004. He also served as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of GeoBiotics Inc., from 1997 to August 1999. Prior to 1997, Mr. Labate served as the Chief Financial Officer, Secretary and Treasurer of Crown Resources Corporation. He has held numerous positions in the mining finance and accounting field. He also served as Controller at Bond International Gold and in various accounting positions at Anaconda Minerals Company. He has been a Director of Solitario Exploration & Royalty Corp since December 21, 2016. Mr. Labate served as Director of AMV Liquidating Trust (formerly, Amerivest Properties Inc.) since May 1995. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from San Diego State University.
