Jonathan T. Awde is President and Chief Executive Officer of Gold Standard Ventures Corp. Mr. Awde has spent the last 12 years financing junior resource companies and has focused on institutional accounts. As a Co-Founder, President and CEO and a Director of Gold Standard Ventures Corp., he oversees all financing, strategy, corporate activities and developments for that company. Mr. Awde received his B.A. in Economics & Finance from Acadia University and is a former sales and trading professional at a Canadian broker dealer.

Mr. Ivan James Bebek is a Co-Founder of Auryn Resources Inc. and has been its Executive Chairman since February 26, 2015. Mr. Bebek is one of the founding members of Torq Resources Inc. He served as Special Advisor at Gold Standard Ventures Corp since February 11, 2015. Mr. Bebek is a mining entrepreneur with a history of successfully financing, advancing and monetizing exploration assets. He served as the Chief Executive Officer and President of Cayden Resources Inc. (also known as Vistech Capital Corp.) since June 22, 2009 until September 2014 and was its Co-Founder. Mr. Bebek co-founded Keegan Resources Inc. in 2004. He served as the Chief Financial Officer of Cayden Resources Inc. from July 2009 to September 2010. He served as the President, Chief Executive Officer, Principal Financial and Accounting Officer of Vanguard Minerals Corporation (also known as Knewtrino, Inc.) until May 24, 2006. He spent 10 years financing premier junior resource companies and is instrumental in the raising of over 200 million dollars of risk capital for exploration companies. He has over 15 years experience in financing, negotiations and acquisitions in the mineral exploration industry. Mr. Bebek has been Co-Chairman and Director of Torq Resources Inc. since March 2017 and May 20, 2011 respectively. He has been a Non-Independent Director of Auryn Resources Inc. since November 2, 2009 and Georgetown Capital Corp. since November 2, 2009 and Cayden Resources Inc. since June 22, 2009. He serves as a Member of Advisory Board at Gold Standard Ventures Corp. He served as the Corporate Finance Advisory Board at Keegan Resources Inc. and Asanko Gold Inc. He served as a Director at Vanguard Minerals Corporation until May 24, 2006.

Mr. Michael N. Waldkirch, BA (Econ), CGA, CA, has been the Founding Partner of Michael Waldkirch and Company Inc. since 1999. Mr. Waldkirch has been the Chief Financial Officer of Gold Standard Ventures Corp since July 2010. Mr. Waldkirch served as the Chief Financial Officer of NuLegacy Gold Corporation since May 1, 2013 until December 28, 2016 and also served as its Controllership. He served as the Chief Executive Officer, Chief Financial Officer and Corporate Secretary of Spirit Bear Capital Corp. until November 24, 2017. He served as the Chief Financial Officer of Crest Petroleum Corp. from July 28, 2015 to October 21, 2016. He served as the Chief Financial Officer of Northern Star Mining Corp. since October 2008 and was responsible for the day to day financial management. He has an extensive experience in providing a wide variety of financial and business consultancy services to public and private companies. From 1993 to July 2011, he served as Principal with J.B.H. Professional Services Inc. Mr. Waldkirch served as the Chief Financial Officer of Clear Mountain Resources Corp. since May 29, 2013 until March 17, 2016. He was a Senior Partner of Michael Waldkirch & Company, Inc. since 1998. He was a Partner of J.B.H. Professional Services Inc., from 1993 to 2011. He served as a Director of Clear Mountain Resources Corp. since May 29, 2013 until March 17, 2016. He served as a Director at Spirit Bear Capital Corp. since November 8, 2011 until November 24, 2017. He served as a Director of Northern Star Mining Corp. since April 2010. Mr. Waldkirch has been a Certified General Accountant since 1998. Mr. Waldkirch holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of British Columbia.

Mr. John Norby, M.Sc., has been Chief Geologist of Gold Standard Ventures Corp since May 2014. Mr. Norby has over 35 years of experience as exploration and project. He has extensive Nevada experience including nearly 20 years spent designing and executing exploration and resource delineation programs for Barrick and Newmont mostly in the Carlin and Cortez trends. Mr. Norby managed a highly successful exploration program for Newmont in the Maggie Creek district within the Carlin Trend that successfully delineated significant additional resources at the Mike and Gold Quarry deposits. While at Placer Dome and Barrick, Mr. Norby identified and drilled new oxide mineralization at Pipeline and Getchell. He obtained his Master of Science, Geology, 1984, South Dakota School of Mines and Technology, Rapid City and Bachelor of Arts, Environmental Science, geology concentration, 1978, University of Virginia, Charlottesville.

Mr. Glenn Kumoi, B.A, LL B., has been Vice President , General Counsel & Corporate Secretary at Gold Standard Ventures Corp since June 1, 2017. Mr. Kumoi is a lawyer and executive leader who has extensive experience in the areas of financing, project development, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance and legal compliance.

Mac R. Jackson has over 19 years' experience as an Exploration Geologist. Mr. Jackson was a significant contributor to the discovery of the West Leeville and Turf deposits, both of which are on the Carlin Trend, and the Fiber Line deposit at the Twin Peaks complex. Mr. Jackson is a Certified Professional Geologist (CPG - 11661) with the American Institute of Professional Geologists (January 2014) and holds a Master of Science degree from the University of Nevada (June 1988).
