Gregory Leith Goodman is a Director of Goodman (NZ) Limited (the manager of the New Zealand Exchange listed Goodman Property Trust), and a Director and/or a representative on other subsidiaries, management companies and partnerships of the Consolidated Entity.

Mr. Anthony Rozic, BEcon, CA, has been the Chief Executive Officer of North America at Goodman Group since September 2016 and serves as its Deputy Group Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Rozic's responsibilities for Goodman include assisting in setting and managing strategy, business performance, corporate transactions and related operational projects with direct line management of marketing, information technology (IT), human resources, legal and compliance. Mr. Rozic has over eight years of experience in the property investment industry and eight years of experience in the chartered accounting profession in Australia. He joined Goodman in 2004. He joined the AMP Henderson property division in 1996. He served as the Chief Financial Officer of Goodman Funds Management Limited and Goodman Industrial Trust (formerly Macquarie Goodman Industrial Trust). He served as Group Chief Operating Officer of Goodman Funds Management Limited at Goodman Plus Trust He served as the Chief Financial Officer of Goodman Group until February 2009, where his responsibilities also included financial reporting, management reporting, forecasting and budgeting, tax and capital and financial risk management. He served as Head of Finance for the Property Division of AMP Capital Investors Limited. He has been a Director of Goodman Europe (Aust) Pty Limited since August 29, 2008. He has been an Independent Director of Goodman Funds Management Limited, a Responsible Entity of Goodman Plus Trust since January 1,2013. Mr. Vrondas serves as Group Chief Financial Officer of Goodman Group. He served as Executive of Corporate Finance at Goodman Group and Goodman Australia Finance Pty Limited. He was responsible for Goodman Group's corporate finance functions, which include investor relations and analytical operations. He served as an Executive of Group Corporate Finance for Goodman Funds Management Limited at Goodman Plus Trust. He has 15 years of experience in the property industry and prior to joining Goodman was Head of the securities research team at Goldman Sachs JBWere. Mr. Vrondas has also worked in public and private real estate markets in roles at Jones Lang LaSalle and BBY. He has been a Director of Goodman Australia Finance Pty Limited since October 21, 2016.
