It's a family with a great mission, a great product, and a great group of customers, partners, vendors, and even some great competitors (many of whom have come over to work for us!)
It's something different most every day. Customers have different requirements and needs, and we get to interact with them and learn about their businesses and challenges, ranging from the company that fixed the BP spill to companies that deliver porta-potties, to States and utilities.
First class all the way. Great building with tons of perks (indoor parking, gym, training stadium, cafeteria, break rooms, stocked kitchens, lots of coffee). Company doesn't skimp on travel expenses, and has a TON of events employees can attend with catered food (only asked to tip appropriately)
Very willing to let people work "their way" as long as it's getting the job done and moves the product and company forward. Not micro-managerial. But very proactive about bringing training, conferences, tools, and software to employees to help them do their job better and with less effort.
