How secure do you feel at your job at GPS Insight?
VERY. Once people make it 2 years, they rarely leave, and rarely does someone who makes it 2 years make it by accident. Management protects culture by making sure the right people are in the right seats on the bus.
What's the best part of your job at GPS Insight?
Getting to work with great folks, who are very diverse, and knowing that management has everyone's back.
How's the work pace at GPS Insight?
Fast but not ludicrous. We are competing with a lot of slow, but big dogs, so as long as we get to features and service before they do, we win. It's fun to work at GPS Insight and challenging though!
What are the team outings like at GPS Insight?
Lots of fun outings, typically sporting (Spring Training game where families are welcome), holiday and anniversary and random parties at fun places to include the roof-top garden at our office, with bands, etc. Also lots of "give back" days like Habitat For Humanity, Ronald McDonald House, etc. And a lot of employees have gotten to be best friends outside of the office. #gpsilife
