Mr. James R. Lines, also known as Jim, has been the Chief Executive Officer of Graham Corporation since January 25, 2008 and its President since June 14, 2006 also Executive Director since July 27, 2006. Mr. Lines has been employed with Graham Corporation since 1984 and served as Vice President and General Manager since 2005 and Chief Operating Officer since June 14, 2006. He has served in various executive capacities at Graham Corporation for more than 20 years and has more than 29 years of experience interacting with its customers, 2015 engineering contractors, competitors and similar companies serving the energy markets. He served as Vice President of Marketing and Sales at Graham Corporation from 1995 to 2005 and served as its Vice President of Engineering. Prior to his senior management positions, he was an Application Engineer, Sales Engineer and Product Supervisor. He has been an Independent Director of Superior Drilling Products, Inc. since December 2016. Mr. Jeffrey F. Glajch, also known as Jeff has been the Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Finance & Administration at Graham Corporation since March 2, 2009 and serves as its Corporate Secretary since October 2006 until February 2009. At Graham Corp., Mr. Glajch is responsible for all aspects of financial reporting and analysis, accounting and control systems, information technology and human resources. He has nearly 24 years of financial leadership and strategic operations experience. From October 2006 to March 2009, he served as the Chief Financial Officer of Nukote International, where he led the finance and information technology teams and was responsible for improved profit margins, a stronger capital structure, business rationalization and acquisition integration. He served as the Chief Financial Officer of Fisher Scientific Canada from June 2000 to May 2006. He served as Senior Manager of Finance and Business Planning/Analysis at Walt Disney World Company, as Director of Finance/Division Controller at Great Lakes Chemical Corporation and in various financial positions with Air Products and Chemicals, Inc. He began his career in the Engineering department of Westvaco Corporation. Mr. Glajch holds a Bachelor of Science degree in chemistry from Carnegie-Mellon University, a Masters of Science in chemical engineering from Clarkson University and an M.B.A. from Purdue University.

Mr. Alan E. Smith, P.E., has been a Vice President and General Manager of Graham Corporation since August 17, 2015. Mr. Smith served as Vice President of Operations of Graham Corporation since July 2007. He was responsible for supply chain management, quality assurance and control and production and manufacturing technology. He served as Director of Operations of Lydell, Inc. from 2005 to July 2007. He was previously with Graham Corporation for 14 years, progressing from Project Engineer to Engineering Manager, when he left in early 2005. He has participated in seven Six Sigma green belt projects and a number of professional development courses. A licensed Professional Engineer, Mr. Smith graduated with Masters of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the Rochester Institute of Technology in 1995, a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Clarkson University in Potsdam, New York and a Bachelor of Arts in Physics from the State University of New York at Geneseo, New York. He also earned an MBA from Medaille College in Buffalo, New York.

Ms. Jennifer R. Condame has been the Chief Accounting Officer of Graham Corporation since July 2008 and has been its Controller since 1994. Ms. Condame joined Graham Corp. in 1992. She served as Manager of Accounting and Financial Reporting at Graham Corp. from 1992 to 1994. She served as an Audit Manager with PriceWaterhouse Coopers LLP. A Certified Public Accountant, she holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Bucknell University.
