Mr. Nicholas L. Pell, also known as Nick, has been Chief Investment Officer at Gramercy Property Trust Inc since October 17, 2016. Previously, Mr. Pell served as its Managing Director and Head of Investments at the firm until October 17, 2016. He served as Managing Director of Investments at Gramercy Property Trust Inc., since July 2012. Previously, Mr. Pell served as an Executive Vice President of U.S. Net Lease Investments at FIDAC. He served as a Director in the Investment Department at W. P. Carey Inc. Mr. Pell joined the Investment Department in 2007. Prior to joining the firm, he spent three years as a Director of Business Development at Sony Pictures Entertainment Inc. and analyzed acquisition opportunities and new growth initiatives for the international television business, shepherding the launch of six new television networks across the globe. Prior to this, Mr. Pell spent three years as an Analyst J.P. Morgan & Co. Inc., including two years in the mergers and acquisitions group. While at business school, he also worked for a summer at ZelnickMedia. Mr. Pell received an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School and a B.A. in Economics from Duke University.

Mr. Edward J. Matey, Jr., also known as Ed, J.D., has been an Executive Vice President and General Counsel of Gramercy Property Trust Inc. since April 2009 and its Secretary since April 2013. Prior to joining Gramercy in April 2008, Mr. Matey served as Executive Vice President of American Financial Realty Trust since April 1, 2005 and served as it General Counsel since October 2002. He served as Senior Vice President of American Financial Realty Trust from October 2002 to April 1, 2005. He served as Chief Executive Officer of American Financial Realty Trust since April 1, 2005. Mr. Matey served as Co-President of American Financial Realty Trust until November 2007. From October 1991 to September 2002, he served as Partner in the law firm of Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP where his practice focused on real estate law, including property acquisition and disposition, commercial leasing, construction contracting and complex financings. From 1986 to September 1991, Mr. Matey served as an Associate of Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP and from 1982 to 1986, he served as an Associate of Clark, Ladner, Fortenbaugh & Young. Active in professional organizations, Mr. Matey is a Member of the Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Section of the American Bar Association and a Member of the Real Property Section of the Philadelphia Bar Association. For his last three years at Morgan Lewis, he led the team of attorneys that represented AFRG and its related entities in the acquisition, disposition, leasing and financing of real estate properties. Mr. Matey is licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. Mr. Matey received his Bachelor of Science degree from Saint Joseph's University in Philadelphia and a Juris Doctor degree from Villanova University School of Law.

Mr. Jon W. Clark, CPA, has been the Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer at Gramercy Property Trust Inc. since April 24, 2009 and served as its Chief Accounting Officer since March 2009. Mr. Clark has been Treasurer of Gramercy Property Trust, Inc. since December 2015. Prior to the internalization of Gramercy's management in April 2009, Mr. Clark was employed by an affiliate of SL Green Realty Corp., the then external manager of Gramercy and served as the company's Vice President and Controller. Prior to joining SL Green in June 2007, he was a Director at BlackRock Financial Management, where he managed the accounting and finance department for all of the firm's real estate debt products. During that time Mr. Clark also served as Assistant Treasurer at Anthracite Capital Inc., which was a publicly traded mortgage REIT that specialized in subordinate commercial mortgage-backed securities. Prior to joining BlackRock Financial Management in September 2000, he was a Vice President at Cornerstone Properties, Inc., where he established that company's internal audit department. Mr. Clark is Certified Public Accountant and obtained his Public Accountancy experience as a Manager in the national real estate practices of Arthur Andersen LLP and BDO Seidman LLP. He graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accountancy from Western Michigan University.

Ms. Sonya A. Huffman serves as Head of Operations, Managing Director and Senior Director at Gramercy Property Trust Inc. Ms. Huffman served as Senior Vice President-Operations at American Financial Realty Trust since September 10, 2002 and also served as its Senior Vice President and Secretary. She served as Senior Vice President of AFRG since January 2001. She was responsible for due diligence and settlement of all acquisitions and dispositions of American Financial Realty Trust's real estate. From October 1998 to January 2001, Ms. Huffman worked for the law firm of Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP where she primarily worked on the team that represented AFRG and its investment partnerships in their real estate acquisitions and dispositions. From January 1996 to October 1998, Ms. Huffman worked for Rite Aid Corporation on the acquisition and disposition of retail real estate assets. She received her Bachelor of Arts from University of Delaware. She is a Certified Public Accountant.

Mr. Peter M. Tubesing serves as the Managing Director and Co-Head of Gramercy Asset Management at Gramercy Property Trust Inc. Since joining Gramercy in June 2006, Mr. Tubesing has fulfilled multiple roles in the origination and management of Gramercy's debt and equity investments. From 2003 to 2006, he was an Investment Officer at Divcowest Properties, LLC, where he focused on opportunistic acquisitions across multiple property types. Prior to this, Mr. Tubesing held various positions at Ernst & Young, LLP in its Real Estate Advisory Services practice. He received a Bachelor of Arts in History from Yale University.

Mr. Britton T. Winterer has been Managing Director of Gramercy Property Trust, Inc. since December 19, 2016. Mr. Winterer joined Gramercy in October 2014 as a Senior Vice President in the Investments Department and is responsible for Gramercy's Build-to-Suit business. Prior to joining Gramercy, he served as a Director at RREEF for six years and was responsible for the Company's development business on the East Coast. From 2000 to 2006, Mr. Winterer developed suburban office buildings and industrial properties for Catellus Development and its subsequent company, Prologis. He graduated with a B.A. in Biology from Williams College and an M.S. in Civil Engineering from Stanford University.

Mr. Allan B. Rothschild, J.D., serves as the Managing Director at Gramercy Property Trust Inc., and serves as Co-Head of Gramercy Asset Management. Prior to being named Co-Head of Gramercy Asset Management, Mr. Rothschild served as General Counsel of Gramercy Asset Management, in which capacity he led a team of lawyers and other professionals who oversee all legal activities for the real estate assets acquired and owned by Gramercy. Before joining Gramercy in December 2007, he was a Principal at Prism Venture Partners, an opportunistic real estate investor. Prior to joining Prism, he served as a Senior Vice President in charge of running the New York City offices of CB Richard Ellis. He had previously been an Associate at the law firm of Proskauer Rose LLP. Mr. Rothschild received his Bachelor of Science degree from Emory University and a Juris Doctor degree from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law.

Susan Galletti serves as the Senior Vice President - Tax of Gramercy Property Trust. Susan started at Gramercy Property Trust in October of 2004. Susan currently resides in Greater Philadelphia Area.

Anthony Nelson serves as the Senior Vice President, Asset Management of Gramercy Property Trust. Anthony started at Gramercy Property Trust in January of 2011. Anthony currently resides in Greater Chicago Area.
