Mr. Michael P. Doss, also known as Mike, has been the Chief Executive Officer and President of Graphic Packaging Holding Company since January 1, 2016 and May 20, 2015 respectively. Mr. Doss served as Executive Vice President of Commercial Operations at Graphic Packaging International, Inc. from January 2012 to November 21, 2013. He served as Senior Vice President Food and Consumer Products Packaging at Graphic Packaging Corp. since August 17, 2006 and also served to its subsidiary, Graphic Packaging International, Inc. Mr. Doss served as a Vice President of Operations, Food and Consumer Products Packaging at Graphic Packaging Corp. During his sixteen-year career with Graphic Packaging Corp., he held positions of increasing management responsibility including Plant Manager at the Gordonsville, TN and Wausua, WI plants. He has held several positions of commercial and operational leadership during his 27-year career with Graphic Packaging. He has been Director at Sustainable Forestry Initiative, Inc since November 2017. He has been Director of Graphic Packaging International New Zealand Limited since April 29, 2017. He has been Director of Graphic Packaging Holding Company since May 20, 2015. He served as Director of Web Systems for the then Universal Packaging Division until his promotion to Vice President of Operations. He completed General Manager Program at Harvard's Business School. Mr. Doss received Bachelor's degree in Industrial Marketing and MBA in Finance from Western Michigan University.

Ms. Deborah R. Frank, also known as Debbie, serves as the Chief Accounting Officer at of Graphic Packaging Holding Company and Graphic Packaging International, Inc. Ms. Frank has been Vice President of Graphic Packaging Holding Company since April 2005. Ms. Frank serves as the Chief Accounting Officer and Vice President of Graphic Packaging Holding Company. Ms. Frank served as Controller of Graphic Packaging Holding Company until August 11th 2015. She served as Principal Accounting Officer of Graphic Packaging Holding Company. She served as Vice President and Controller of GPC since April 2005. She held various positions of increasing responsibility in the finance, accounting, audit, international and corporate areas at Kimberly Clark Corporation and served as Assistant Controller.

Mr. Alan R. Nichols serves as Senior Vice President of Mills Division of Graphic Packaging Holding Company. Mr. Nichols served as Vice President of Mills at Graphic Packaging Holding from August 2008 to March 2009. From March 2008 to August 2008, he served as a Vice President, CRB Mills. Prior to the Altivity Transaction, Mr. Nichols served as Vice President, CRB Mills for Altivity Packaging from February 2007 to March 2008 and was the Division Manufacturing Manager, Mills for Altivity Packaging and the Consumer Products Division of Smurfit-Stone since August 2005. From February 2001 to August 2005, Mr. Nichols served as the General Manager of the Wabash Mill for Smurfit-Stone.

Mr. Joseph P. Yost, also known as Joe, has been a Senior Vice President and President of Americas at Graphic Packaging International, Inc., at Graphic Packaging Holding Company since January 5, 2017. Mr. Yost served as a Senior Vice President of Global Beverage and Europe at Graphic Packaging International, Inc., from September 1, 2015 to January 5, 2017. Mr. Yost served as Senior Vice President of Global Beverage & Europe at Graphic Packaging Holding Company from January 5, 2016 to January 5, 2017. Mr. Yost served as Senior Vice President of Europe at Graphic Packaging Holding Company since March 1, 2014 until August 31, 2015. Mr. Yost served as an European Chief Integration Officer and Chief Financial Officer of Europe Operations at Graphic Packaging Holding Company from February 2013 to December 2013. Mr. Yost served as the Senior Vice President of Supply Chain at Graphic Packaging Holding Company from 2009 to February 2013 and Graphic Packaging International, Inc. Mr. Yost served as a Vice President of Operations Support ??? Consumer Packaging for Graphic Packaging International, Inc. from 2006 to 2009. He served as Director of Finance and Centralized Services at Graphic Packaging International, Inc., from 2003 to 2006 and Graphic Packaging Corporation from 2000 to 2003. He served as Manager of Operations Planning and Analysis ??? Consumer Products Division at Fort James Corporation from 1999 to 2000 and other management positions from 1997 to 1999.

Mr. Spencer H. Maurer has been Senior Vice President of Supply Chain at Graphic Packaging Holding Company since January 1, 2017. Mr. Maurer has been Senior Vice President of Supply Chain at Graphic Packaging International, Inc. since February 24, 2017. Mr. Maurer served as Vice President of Supply Chain at Graphic Packaging International, Inc. since January 1, 2013 until January 1, 2017. He was responsible for leading Graphic Packaging International's procurement, logistics, operations and planning functions at Graphic Packaging International, Inc. From December 1, 2009 to December 31, 2012, he served as Vice President of Procurement for three years. He has been with Graphic Packaging for more than 20 years and served various manufacturing and environmental, health and safety positions. Prior to December 2009, Mr. Maurer held numerous positions with increasing responsibility including: Plant Manager, Golden, CO from 2006 to 2009; Production Manager, Kalamazoo, MI in 2005; Director of Environmental Services for Commercial Operations from 2003 to 2004; Director of Environmental, Health and Safety from 1998 to 2002; and numerous positions in the Environmental, Health and Safety area with James River Corporation and Fort James Corporation (predecessors of GPII) from 1992 to 1998. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Engineering from Michigan Technological University.

Ms. Lauren S. Tashma has been Senior Vice President, Secretary and General Counsel at Graphic Packaging Holding Company since February 2014. Ms. Tashma has been the General Counsel, Secretary and Senior Vice President of Graphic Packaging International, Inc. since February, 2014. She served as Vice President and Associate General Counsel of Beam Inc. (now Beam Suntory Inc.) since January 2006 and served as its its Assistant Secretary since November 2001. She served as the Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of Fortune Brands Home & Security Inc. from October 2011 to August 15, 2013 and served as its Assistant Secretary from January 2006 to September 2011. From January 2002 to January 2006, she served as an Assistant General Counsel and Vice President of Fortune Brands. Ms. Tashma joined Fortune Brands in 1998. Ms. Tashma has been a Director of Graphic Packaging International New Zealand Limited since April 29, 2016. She holds an undergraduate degree from Northwestern University and a law degree from Loyola University of Chicago School of Law.

Mr. Mike Farrell is Senior Vice President of Supply Chain at Graphic Packaging International inc since January 11, 2018. Mr. Farrell has responsibility for procurement, logistics, operations planning, quality processes and Lean/Six Sigma. He will also lead the supply chain integration of the newly combined Consumer Packaging business from International Paper. He joined GPI in 2006 as general manager of the Middletown, Ohio mill and progressed to the role of senior manufacturing manager of the West Monroe, Louisiana mill. In 2013, he was promoted to Vice President, Recycled Board Mills where he has led the coated recycled board mill system to strong safety, quality and productivity results.

Ms. Hilde Van Moeseke has been Senior Vice President and President of Europe, Middle East and Africa at Graphic Packaging Holding Company since July 1, 2017. Ms. Van Moeseke has been Senior Vice President and President of EMEA at Graphic Packaging International, Inc since July 2017. She served as Vice President of Finance Europe and Interim EMEA Leader of Graphic Packaging International, Inc. ('GPII') From January 2017 to July 1, 2017. Ms. Van Moeseke served as the Vice President of Finance Europe of GPII from July 2015 to January 2017. Ms. Van Moeseke joined GPII in January 2014 as Director Controlling and Director of Finance Europe in July 2014. Prior to January 2014, Ms. Van Moeseke held the position of Group Controller, Project Management, Shared Service Center and Accounting at Azelis Corporate Services S.A. for two years. She has also worked for the Walt Disney Company in Europe for six years in the positions of Director Finance and Controllership, Director Regional Studio Controllership, Regional Studio Controllership and Senior Manager.

Carla Chaney serves as the EVP - Human Resources of Graphic Packaging International. Carla currently resides in the Greater Atlanta Area.
