Mr. Shaun A. Burke has been the Chief Executive Officer and President of Guaranty Federal Bancshares Inc., an affiliate of Guaranty Bank & Trust, N.A. since February 28, 2005. Mr. Burke has also been the President and Chief Executive Officer of Guaranty Bank a subsidiary of Guaranty Federal Bancshares Inc. since March 9, 2004. He served as Chief Executive Officer at Guaranty Bank & Trust, N.A. In May 1997, Mr. Burke joined and assisted with the start up of, Signature Bank in Springfield, Missouri. During his tenure at Signature Bank, he held the positions of Executive Vice President and Senior Credit Officer. From 1989 to 1997, he was with Bank of America and its predecessors in Springfield, Missouri, with his last position being Vice President of Commercial Lending. Mr. Burke has been a Director of Guaranty Federal Bancshares Inc. since March 9, 2004. He also serves as Director of Guaranty Bank. He is active in many civic organizations and is a past member of the United Way Allocations and Agency Relations Executive Committee, Salvation Army Board of Directors and Big Brothers Big Sisters of the Ozarks Board of Directors.

Ms. Robin E. Robeson serves as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Guaranty Federal Bancshares Inc. Ms. Robeson has been the Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President at Guaranty Bond Bank since July 2012. Ms. Robeson served as Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President of Guaranty Bank since July 31, 2012. Ms. Robeson has over 15 years of local management experience. Ms. Robeson has 16 years of experience in the financial services and trust industries. She served as a Senior Vice President and Market Executive for Springfield at The Commerce Trust Company. She served as Vice President and Manager of Private Banking division at Commerce Bank. She is very involved in the community. She is a Board Member for City Utilities of Springfield and the Ozarks Transportation Organization. She is recognized by the Springfield Business Journal as one of the ???20 Most Influential Women in Business??? and was named a ???40 Under 40??? honoree. She is a graduate of Leadership Springfield Class XIII.

Mr. Carter M. Peters has been the Chief Financial Officer of Guaranty Federal Bancshares Inc. since February 12, 2007 and serves as Executive Vice President. He has been the Chief Financial Officer of Guaranty Bank from February 12, 2007 and serves as its Executive Vice President. He served as the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of Guaranty Bank & Trust, N.A. He served as the Chief Operating Officer at Guaranty Federal Bancshares Inc. from August 8, 2005 to April 22, 2010. Mr. Peters served as the Chief Operating Officer of Guaranty Bank, a subsidiary of Guaranty Federal Bancshares Inc. from August 8, 2005 to April 2010. Prior to joining Guaranty Bank, he was employed by Southern Missouri Bank in Marshfield, Missouri for approximately two years where he served as Chief Financial Officer. Prior to Southern Missouri Bank, Mr. Peters was employed by BKD, LLP for approximately eleven years. He is a Certified Public Accountant with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting from Missouri State University.

Mr. Henry Charles Puls, also known as Charley, has been the Chief Lending Officer and Executive Vice President of Guaranty Bank and Guaranty Federal Bancshares Inc. since June 27, 2016. Mr. Puls, who has more than 23 years of banking experience, served as Senior Vice President of Market President in Southeast Missouri for Regions Bank for the past 9 years. Prior to that, he served as Senior Vice President and Relationship Manager for Regions Bank, Union Planters Bank and Capital Bank & Trust in the St. Louis market. He serves as a Board Member and Active Volunteer for the American Red Cross. Mr. Puls is a Graduate of the University of Missouri ??? St. Louis.

Ms. Sheri D. Biser has been Chief Credit Officer and Executive Vice President of Guaranty Bank (Springfield, MO), a subsidiary of Guaranty Federal Bancshares Inc. since February 2009. Ms. Biser serves as Chief Credit Officer and Executive Vice President at Guaranty Federal Bancshares Inc. She focus on assisting the commercial lenders, loan analysts and loan administration personnel in managing the credit risk in Guaranty Bank's loan portfolio. She received Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting from Fort Hays State University.
