Ms. Keri Crowell is Chief Financial Officer at Jaguar Resources LLC. Ms. Keri Crowell has been the Chief Accounting Officer and Chief Financial Officer of Gulfport Energy Corp. since September 10, 2015 and since January 4, 2017 respectively and served as its Vice President from April 2014 to September 10, 2015 and Controller from March 2006 to September 10, 2015. Ms. Crowell joined the Company in October 2005 as Assistant Controller. Prior to joining the Company, Ms. Crowell served in various accounting and/or audit roles at Ernst and Young LLP, Arthur Andersen LLP and an Oklahoma City-based accounting firm. Ms. Crowell holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Accounting and Masters of Business Administration degrees from Oklahoma State University and also holds a Certified Public Accountant license from the State of Oklahoma. Ms. Crowell is a member of Oklahoma Society of Certified Public Accountants and Financial Executives International, or FEI and served as a board member and the treasurer of the FEI Oklahoma City chapter from 2012 until 2014.

Mr. Stuart A. Maier has been Senior Vice President of Geosciences at Gulfport Energy Corp. since March 10, 2017. Mr. Maier served as Vice President of Geosciences at Gulfport Energy Corp. since August 7, 2013 until March 10, 2017. Mr. Maier served as Vice President of Geological & Geophysical at Gulfport Energy Corp. Mr. Maier has served as a Geological/Geophysical Manager of the Company since May 1998. From 1993 to May 1998, Mr. Maier had served as Senior Geologist with DLB Oil & Gas, Inc. From 1992 until joining DLB Oil & Gas, Inc., he was a consulting geologist/geophysicist and from 1981 to 1991, he was a geologist/geophysicist with The Anschutz Corporation, an oil and natural gas exploration and production company. From 1979 to 1981, he was a production geologist for Gulf Oil Exploration and Production Company. From 1977 to 1979, he was a well site geologist. Mr. Maier is a member of the American Association of Petroleum Geologists. Mr. Maier received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Geology from the University of Missouri.

Mr. Steve R. Baldwin has been the Vice President of Reservoir Engineering at Gulfport Energy Corp. since August 7, 2013. Mr. Baldwin has served as a Senior Reservoir Engineer of the Company since October 2006. From February 2001 to September 2006, he served as Senior Reservoir and Acquisition Engineer for Chaparral Energy Inc. From 1996 to December 2000, he served as Senior Operations Engineer for Saba Energy of Texas, Inc. Prior to that, Mr. Baldwin served as Operations Manager for Merrico Resources. Mr. Baldwin is a member of the Society of Petroleum Engineers. Mr. Baldwin began his career with Mobil Oil Corporation after receiving his Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of Oklahoma.

Mr. David L. Houston has been a Principal Financial Advisor of Houston Financial Associates since 1991. Mr. Houston has been the Principal of Houston & Associates since 1991. Prior to 1991, Mr. Houston served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Equity Bank for Savings FA. He has been the Chairman of Gulfport Energy Corp. since July 2013. He served as the Chairman of the Oklahoma State Ethics Commission and the Oklahoma League of Savings Institutions. He has been a Director of Diamondback Energy, Inc. since October 2012 and serves as its Lead Director. He has been a Director of Gulfport Energy Corp. since July 1998. He served as an Independent Director of Bronco Drilling Company Inc. since May, 2005. He served as a Director of Deaconess Hospital, located in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Mr. Houston holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business from Oklahoma State University and a graduated in Banking from Louisiana State University.

Mr. Robert Alan Jones, also known as Rob, has been Senior Vice President of Drilling at Gulfport Energy Corp. since March 10, 2017. Mr. Jones served as Vice President of Drilling for Ohio Activities at Gulfport Energy Corp. since November 2013 until March 10, 2017. Mr. Jones served with Chesapeake as Drilling Engineering Manager for the Haynesville, Barnett and Eagle Ford. At Chesapeake, Mr. Jones served in roles of District Manager for the Permian Basin and Senior Drilling Engineer for operations across Oklahoma, Texas and New Mexico. Mr. Jones graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Petroleum Engineering from the University of Oklahoma in 1985.

Mr. Mark R. Malone has been Senior Vice President of Operations at Gulfport Energy Corp. since March 10, 2017. Mr. Malone served as Vice President of Operations for Ohio Activities at Gulfport Energy Corp. since November 16, 2013 until March 10, 2017. Prior to joining Gulfport, Mr. Malone was previously with Sierra Engineering and served as Engineering Manager. In addition, prior to joining Sierra Engineering, he served as Senior Asset Manager for the Marcellus Shale at Chesapeake. Mr. Malone served as Vice President of Production & Stimulation (Midland) of New Tech Global Ventures, LLC. Mr. Malone joined New Tech Engineering in 2007 after spending 20 years with BJ Services Company and The Western Company of North America in various, sales, engineering and engineering management positions in the Rocky Mountains and the Permian Basin of West Texas and Southeast New Mexico. He spent Ten years as Region Technical Manager for BJ Services Company in the Permian Basin. He has extensive experience in design, implementation and supervision and quality control of fracture stimulation treatments, acid fracture stimulation as well as primary and remedial cementing for new well completions and workovers. Mr. Malone is an active Member of the Board of Directors for the Southwestern Petroleum Short Course where he has provided instruction in hydraulic fracturing, acidizing and remedial cementing. He is a author of multiple SPE and industry technical papers and articles and is a patent holder. He is a contributing author for the fracturing text Modern Fracturing:Enhancing Natural Gas Production. Mr. Malone is a graduate of Texas Tech University in 1987 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Agricultural Engineering.

Mr. Lester Zitkus has been Senior Vice President of Land at Gulfport Energy Corporation since March 10, 2017. Mr. Zitkus served as Vice President of Land at Gulfport Energy Corporation until March 10, 2017. Mr. Zitkus served as an independent consultant from October 2013 to March 2014 and as Vice President of Land for Chesapeake Energy Corporation from May 2007 to October 2013. During his 20-year tenure with Equitable Resources Inc. (now EQT Corp.), he held various positions, including Vice President of Operations and Senior Vice President of Land, between 1987 and 2007. He holds a degree in Mineral Land Management from the University of Evansville. Mr. Zitkus is a member of the American Association of Professional Landmen and Past Regional Director of the Independent Producers Association of America.

Mr. Donnie G. Moore is Chief Operating Officer of Gulfport Energy Corporation since January 8, 2018. From 2007 to December 2017, Mr. Moore worked at Noble Energy, Inc. ('Noble'), where he most recently served as Vice President of Noble's Texas operations for its Eagle Ford and Delaware Basin assets. Prior to that, Mr. Moore held various leadership roles at Noble including Vice President of the Marcellus Business Unit, Manager for Operations of the Wattenberg/DJ Business Unit, Manager of Operations for the Gunflint discovery in the Deepwater Gulf of Mexico and Development Manager for Noble's Mid-Continent and Gulf Coast positions. From 1989 until 2007, Mr. Moore served in a variety of roles with ARCO Oil and Gas Company, Vastar Resources, Inc. and BP America. Mr. Moore holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Petroleum Engineering from Louisiana Tech University.

Stephanie Timmermeyer serves as the Vice President, EHSR and Supply Chain of Gulfport Energy Corporation. Stephanie started at Gulfport Energy Corporation in November of 2018. Stephanie currently resides in the Oklahoma City, Oklahoma Area.
