Scott Andrew Caldwell is a mining engineer with over 30 years of experience building and operating gold and base metal mines worldwide, including USA, Canada, Russia, Zimbabwe, Chile, and Indonesia. He is currently the President, CEO and Director of Guyana Goldfields Inc. (Guyana). Previously, Mr. Caldwell was the President, CEO and Director of Allied Nevada Gold Corp. from 2006 to 2013. Prior to Allied Nevada, Mr. Caldwell held various senior capacities at Kinross Gold Corporation for eight years. Mr. Caldwell holds a Bachelor of Science (Mining) degree in Engineering from the University of Arizona. Mr. Paul J. Murphy, B.Comm., CA, has been the Chief Financial Officer at GPM Metals Inc. since August 22, 2012. Mr. Murphy has been the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of Finance at Guyana Goldfields Inc. since April 5, 2010. He is responsible for assessing all financing options for the Aurora Gold Project. He has been Chief Financial Officer of Guyana Precious Metals since May 2012. He has over 40 years of financial experience and has worked almost exclusively in the resource industries for the past 30 years. His professional experience includes financial reporting controls, operational effectiveness, International Financial Reporting Standards (???IFRS???), and SEC reporting issues, financing, valuation and taxation as they pertain to the mining sector. In his career, Mr. Murphy has worked primarily in the resource sector, with a client list that includes major international oil and gas and mining companies. He served as Vice-President of Finance at GPM Metals Inc. since August 22, 2012. He was a Partner of Audit & Assurance Group. He was a Partner in PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP since 1981 and the National Mining Leader in Canada as well as the Leader for the Western Hemisphere Mining Centre of Excellence. Mr. Murphy served with an extensive number of foreign companies seeking listings in Toronto to raise financing for foreign operations. He was Lead Engagement Partner on the world's largest gold mining company, amongst others, during their periods of expanded production through both internal growth and acquisitions. For several years, he oversaw a technical mining practice. He has been the Chairman of Alamos Gold, Inc. since November 2015. He has been an Independent Director of Alamos Gold Inc. since July 2, 2009. Mr. Murphy has been Director of Continental Gold Inc. since May 2010. He serves as a Director of Century Mines Corporation. He served as Lead Director of Century Global Commodities Corporation from September 2012 to October 2014 and served as its Independent Director from May 18, 2011 to October 2014. He is a Co-Author of PricewaterhouseCoopers' publications named as Mine and Hedging in the Mining Industry. He has been a Chartered Accountant since 1975. Mr. Murphy holds a Bachelor of Commerce Degree from Queen's University.

Ms. Violet Smith serves as Senior Vice-President of Country Management at Guyana Goldfields. Ms. Smith served as the Country Manager, Guyana of Guyana Goldfields Inc.

Mr. Victor Rozon, also known as Vic, has been General Manager of Operations of Guyana Goldfields Inc. since December 2013. Mr. Rozon served as the Vice President of Operations at Oracle Mining Corp (formerly Gold Hawk Resources, Inc.) since October 2010 until June 30, 2012 and also as its Vice President of Projects since February 2, 2008 until June 30, 2012. Mr. Rozon experience includes Extensive Design, Engineering and Operations Work in both the gold and base metal industries, where he has held numerous management positions. He specialized in mineral processing for the past twenty-five years. He served as Plant Manager for Cambior's bauxite former operation in Guyana as well as Commissioning Manager for AMEC at the DeBeer's Victor Diamond Project in Ontario. He is a graduate of the Haileybury School of Mines.
