Mr. Paul J. Murphy, B.Comm., CA, has been the Chief Financial Officer at GPM Metals Inc. since August 22, 2012. Mr. Murphy has been the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of Finance at Guyana Goldfields Inc. since April 5, 2010. He is responsible for assessing all financing options for the Aurora Gold Project. He has been Chief Financial Officer of Guyana Precious Metals since May 2012. He has over 40 years of financial experience and has worked almost exclusively in the resource industries for the past 30 years. His professional experience includes financial reporting controls, operational effectiveness, International Financial Reporting Standards (???IFRS???), and SEC reporting issues, financing, valuation and taxation as they pertain to the mining sector. In his career, Mr. Murphy has worked primarily in the resource sector, with a client list that includes major international oil and gas and mining companies. He served as Vice-President of Finance at GPM Metals Inc. since August 22, 2012. He was a Partner of Audit & Assurance Group. He was a Partner in PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP since 1981 and the National Mining Leader in Canada as well as the Leader for the Western Hemisphere Mining Centre of Excellence. Mr. Murphy served with an extensive number of foreign companies seeking listings in Toronto to raise financing for foreign operations. He was Lead Engagement Partner on the world's largest gold mining company, amongst others, during their periods of expanded production through both internal growth and acquisitions. For several years, he oversaw a technical mining practice. He has been the Chairman of Alamos Gold, Inc. since November 2015. He has been an Independent Director of Alamos Gold Inc. since July 2, 2009. Mr. Murphy has been Director of Continental Gold Inc. since May 2010. He serves as a Director of Century Mines Corporation. He served as Lead Director of Century Global Commodities Corporation from September 2012 to October 2014 and served as its Independent Director from May 18, 2011 to October 2014. He is a Co-Author of PricewaterhouseCoopers' publications named as Mine and Hedging in the Mining Industry. He has been a Chartered Accountant since 1975. Mr. Murphy holds a Bachelor of Commerce Degree from Queen's University.
