He is a proven business leader with over 20 years of experience in senior leadership roles at medical technology companies. He has been a Director of California Life Sciences Association (California Healthcare Institute) since August 10, 2011. He has a degree in medical sciences and is a license Registered Nurse. He holds numerous patents and was awarded the Johnson Medal for the creation of the Cordis Self-Expanding Stent System in 2001. Mr. Wilson holds a Bachelor'S Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Auburn University, an Master of Science in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Alabama at Birmingham and an Master of Business Administration from Columbia University.
