Mr. Christopher Simon, also known as Chris, has been the Chief Executive Officer and President of Haemonetics Corporation since May 16, 2016. Mr. Simon serves as a Senior Partner and Leader at McKinsey & Company's Pharmaceutical and Medical Products Practice in North America and leads its work on medical products globally. He has been with McKinsey & Company since 1993. He has served as Regional Operations Manager at Baxter Healthcare. Mr. Simon has led various domestic and global engagements for a leading pharmaceutical manufacturer that included the development of growth and capabilities strategy for launching multiple products, licensing and acquisition strategy, marketing strategy for global product lifecycle management, and redesign of development capabilities for a diversified med tech manufacturer with the aim of reducing time to market, improving regulatory affairs and accelerating product launch. He served as an Infantry Officer with the United States Army's 1st Ranger Battalion. He has considerable experience in addressing strategic and operational issues in pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, diversified health care services companies, and medical device manufacturers. For nearly 20 years, he has worked with clients in healthcare and consumer goods. He serves as a Director of McKinsey & Company. He has been a Director of Haemonetics Corporation since September 12, 2016. Mr. Simon served as a Member of Advisory Board at Safeguard Scientifics, Inc. since April 2006 and served as its Member of Life Sciences Advisory Board. Mr. Simon earned an M.B.A. degree with distinction from Harvard Business School and B.S. in Economics magna cum laude from the University of Pennsylvania, where he majored in Finance and Decision Sciences.

Mr. Gerard J. Gould, also known as Gerry, has been Vice President of Investor Relations at Haemonetics Corp. since August 2011. Mr. Gould served as the Vice President of Investor Relations at RSC Holdings, Inc. from May 1, 2008 to 2010. He served as Vice President of Investor Relations at RSC Equipment Rental Inc. He served as Vice President at Inverstor Relations at Stanley Black & Decker, Inc. (formerly, Stanley Works). Mr. Gould has over 30 years of diversified financial experience, which includes 15 years of Investor Relations, plus public offerings, external financial reporting, mergers and acquisitions, pension investment management and operations finance. Prior to The Stanley Works, he held financial positions of increasing responsibilities with Worcester, MA-based Wyman Gordon Company, Lowell, MA-based Wang Laboratories, Inc. and previously had a 9 year audit career with Ernst & Young LLP in New York and Boston. He has been Non-Executive Director at Stanley Security Solutions-Europe Ltd. (formerly Blick UK) and Blick PLC since January 26, 2004. He is an active member of the National Investor Relations Institute (NIRI) and the NIRI Senior Roundtable. Mr. Gould is a graduate of Leonard N. Stern Graduate Business School, New York University, New York, where he earned his Master's Degree in Accountancy. Mr. Gould also holds his Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and French from St. Michael's College.

Mr. Dan Goldstein has been Principal Accounting Officer of Haemonetics Corporation since April 7, 2016 and serves as its Vice President and Corporate Controller. Prior to joining this, Mr. Goldstein served as Vice President of Technical Accounting and Advisory Services for Covidien PLC, a global health care products company. At Covidien, Mr. Goldstein had previously held the roles of Business Unit Controller, Sustainable Technologies and Director, Corporate Reporting. Prior to Covidien, Mr. Goldstein held positions at EMC Corporation and Calpine Corporation; and he began his career with PricewaterhouseCoopers. He holds a B.A. in Economics from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Mr. Neil Ryding served as Senior Vice President of Devices at Javelin Pharmaceuticals, Inc. Mr. Ryding has been Executive Vice President of Global Operations at Haemonetics Corporation since October 8, 2015. He served as an Executive Vice President of Global Manufacturing & Supply at CareFusion Corporation from 2008 to 2012. He served as Senior Vice President of Devices at Hospira Inc. from July 2012 to October 2013. Mr. Ryding served as Vice President of Operations at Smith & Nephew Endoscopy, Inc. Mr. Ryding held similar responsibilities as executive vice president of Global Manufacturing and Supply for the Clinical and Medical Products business segment of Cardinal Health. Prior to joining Cardinal Health, he served as Senior Vice President of Operations for Smith and Nephew and held a variety of positions with Johnson & Johnson's medical device companies. He began his career at Rolls Royce Aero-Engines, where he participated in their selective apprenticeship program and then went on to hold various functional, operational and leadership positions. He has over 30 years of experience in leading global manufacturing operations and supply chain organizations in regulated environments within the aerospace and medical devices. Mr. Ryding holds a bachelor's of science degree in mechanical and production engineering from the University of Derbyshire and a master's of science degree in manufacturing systems engineering from the University of Warwick.

Mr. David Gueundjian has been the President of International at Haemonetics Corporation since joining in May 10, 2017. Mr. Gueundjian has nearly 30 years of international experience living and working in various countries across Europe, Asia and Latin America and leading organizations through transformation to drive business excellence and growth. He worked for Ferring Pharmaceuticals, where he managed the Mid-Europe region and led the commercial, market development and medical operations group for Europe and Canada. Prior to that, he held multiple regional leadership roles at Edwards LifeSciences, including Vice President and General Manager of Cardiovascular Therapies for Japan, Vice President and General Manager of Heart Valve Therapy for Europe (EMEA), and Vice President and General Manager for Latin America. Before focusing his time and efforts in medical devices and pharmaceuticals, he spent the first part of his career in organizational effectiveness and talent management consulting, most notably in leadership roles with Hewitt Associates in Europe and Asia.

Mr. Carter Houghton has been President of Hospital Business Unit of Haemonetics Corporation since joining in December 2016. Mr. Houghton served as Director of Business Development at Verrillon, Inc. Mr. Houghton is a highly accomplished leader with a deep knowledge of the hospital segment and a track record of turning around and growing healthcare businesses. Mr. Houghton's experience spans division leadership, product marketing and business development roles at Hologic, Inc., where he served as Senior Vice President and General Manager, GYN Surgical Solutions. Prior to Hologic, he held various roles of increasing responsibility at Verrillon and Corning, Inc. During his time at Corning, Mr. Houghton spent five years in the Company's Clinical Labs Division which was later spun off into Quest Diagnostics. Mr. Houghton holds an MBA from the University of Virginia's Darden School of Business and a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism and History from the University of Richmond. He also completed an executive education program in Negotiation from the Said Business School at Oxford University.

Ms. Michelle L. Basil, Esq., serves as an Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary at Haemonetics Corporation. Ms. Basil is a Partner in the Business Department of Nutter McClennen & Fish LLP. She served as Secretary of AutoImmune Inc. She focuses her practice on corporate and securities law, including mergers and acquisitions, securities offerings, tender offers and going private transactions. She represents clients in a broad range of industries, including financial services, life sciences and high technology. She counsels clients regarding ongoing reporting requirements of publicly-traded companies, securities compliance, corporate governance, equity compensation and various other matters affecting publicly-traded companies and their officers and directors. She also advises private companies regarding formation, ongoing business issues and venture financing. A member of Nutter's Banking and Financial Services group, she has significant experience representing banks in corporate and regulatory matters. She is a Member of the Boston Bar Association and frequently lectures on securities law issues. During Law school, she served as an Associate Editor of Ecology Law Quarterly and as a Member of the Moot Court Board.

Dr. Ian Purdy, Ph.D. has been Senior Vice President of Global Quality & Regulatory Affairs at Haemonetics Corporation since March 2017. Dr. Purdy joined Haemonetics in March 2017 and is responsible for Haemonetics' global quality programs and regulatory product approvals and agency relationships. Dr. Purdy has over 20 years of experience in medical devices and diagnostics spanning all regions of the world, along with extensive experience in new product submissions, most especially in China, Europe, Japan and the US. He was Vice President of Clinical Regulatory and Quality Compliance at Thermo Fisher Scientific since 2012. He was responsible for the oversight and coordination of worldwide regulatory and quality compliance, overseeing a team of 2,500 employees at more than 100 global sites. He also held numerous clinical, regulatory and quality roles of increasing scope at Boston Scientific between 2000 and 2012, playing a critical role in ensuring regulatory and quality excellence for innovation-based products. He began his career working in clinical research at Smiths Medical. Dr. Purdy holds a PhD in Human Physiology (Haemodynamics) from the University of Southampton in the UK.

Mr. Kevin F. O'Kelly-Lynch has been Senior Vice President of Global Business Services at Haemonetics Corporation since April 20, 2017. Mr. O'Kelly-Lynch served as Vice President of North American Shared Services at Covidien plc. Mr. O'Kelly-Lynch served as the Managing Director of Tyco Electronics Group S.A. and Covidien International Finance S.A. (formerly Tyco Healthcare Group S.A.). Mr. O'Kelly-Lynch served as the Managing Director of Tyco International Group SA since 2001. Mr. O'Kelly-Lynch served as General Manager of Tyco International Finance Ireland since 1998. Mr. O'Kelly-Lynch serves as a Director of Tyco International Group SA and Tyco Electronics Group S.A. Mr. O'Kelly-Lynch received a Bachelor of Science in Management from Trinity College, Dublin and is a Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA).

Mr. David J. Wilson has been the President of Plasma Business Unit at Haemonetics Corporation since September 18, 2017. Mr. Wilson serves as the Vice President of IT at HyperDisk Marketing, Inc. Prior to joining Haemonetics, Mr. Wilson served as President of Worldwide at Cordis Corporation. Mr. Wilson served as the President of Cordis at Cardinal Health, Inc. since March 2015 until August 2017. Mr. Wilson served as the Worldwide President of Mentor Worldwide LLC since September 2010. From 1996 to 2007, he served in a number of roles within Cordis, including Vice President of Lower Extremity, Renal and Venous Diseases, Vice President of Cordis Endovascular Research & Development and Regional Sales Director for the West. Prior to joining Mentor, he served as worldwide vice president of Research & Development and New Business Development for Ethicon, Inc. He joined Ethicon in 2007 as Worldwide Vice President of Biosurgicals for Johnson & Johnson Wound Management, (named Ethicon Biosurgery). Before beginning his career at Johnson & Johnson within Cordis in 1996, he worked at a start-up company, Cohesion Corporation, in Palo Alto, Calif. Mr. Wilson served as the Chief Technology Officer at HyperDisk Marketing, Inc. Prior to joining Hyperdisk, Mr. Wilson worked in clinical setting for 4 years and moved on to help Bozell Health Care West establish their internet marketing department. Mr. Wilson also designed and developed presentations for companies such as Toshiba Medical, Baxter Healthcare, Beckman Instruments Inc., Trega Biosciences, Inc. to name a few and helped launch both the Botox and Johnson & Johnson tradeshow campaigns. He developed the one of the first 360 degree image viewers and later worked with Apple Computer Inc. to implement one of the first CDROMs based on Apple's new VR engine. Mr. Wilson works extensively with all client accounts and has extensive experience in media and Pharma/Biotech companies. He is a proven business leader with over 20 years of experience in senior leadership roles at medical technology companies. He has been a Director of California Life Sciences Association (California Healthcare Institute) since August 10, 2011. He has a degree in medical sciences and is a license Registered Nurse. He holds numerous patents and was awarded the Johnson Medal for the creation of the Cordis Self-Expanding Stent System in 2001. Mr. Wilson holds a Bachelor'S Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Auburn University, an Master of Science in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Alabama at Birmingham and an Master of Business Administration from Columbia University.
