Mr. Brent K. Bilsland has been the Chief Executive Officer of Hallador Energy Company since January 24, 2014 and its President since September 2009. Mr. Bilsland has been the President of Sunrise Coal, LLC, a subsidiary of Hallador Energy Company (also known as Hallador Petroleum Co.) since July 31, 2006 and also serves as its Chief Executive Officer. He served as a Vice President of Knapper Corporation, a family owned farming business from 1998 to 2004. He has been a Member of Board of Managers of Sunrise Coal, LLC since July 31, 2006 and Hallador Energy Company since September 2009. Mr. Bilsland is a Graduate of Butler University located in Indianapolis, Indiana.

Mr. William Anderson Bishop, also known as Andy, CPA, has been Consultant of Hallador Energy Company since April 1, 2016. Mr. Bishop served as the Chief Financial Officer and Chief Accounting Officer of Hallador Energy Company since September 2009 until March 31, 2016 and served as its Treasurer. For the past 16 years, Mr. Bishop served as an Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and 1/3 owner of the SEC Institute Inc., a private company in the business of training employees of private and public companies in the filing and reporting requirements of the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. Prior to SEC Institute, he served as Chief Financial Officer of Hallador Petroleum Company from 1990 to 1993. Prior to Hallador, he spent 14 years with Price Waterhouse LLP (a predecessor to PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP) in their Oklahoma City and Denver offices from 1975 to 1990. He served as a Director of SemGroup Energy Partners GP LLC, the General Partner of Blueknight Energy Partners, L.P., (Formerly SemGroup Energy Partners, LP) from July 17, 2007 to June 18, 2008. He served as a Director of Hallador Petroleum Company from 1990 to 1993. Mr. Bishop graduated from the University of Oklahoma.

Mr. Lawrence D. Martin, also known as Larry, CPA, has been Chief Financial Officer of Hallador Energy Company since April 1, 2016. Mr. Martin has been President of Sunrise Coal, LLC since November 3, 2017. He served as the Chief Financial Officer of Sunrise Coal, LLC of Hallador Energy Company (also known as Hallador Petroleum Co.) since January 2009 until April 1, 2016. Prior to Mr. Martin's employment with Sunrise in October 2008, he worked 19 years for Clifton Gunderson from January 1989 to October 2008. He served as a Senior Manager in Tax of Clifton for the previous 6 years and an Audit Senior Manager for the 5 preceding years. He received his Certified Public Accountant in 1991. He is a graduate of Indiana State University and has his Bachelor of Science in Accounting in 1988.

Mr. Victor P. Stabio served as the Chief Executive Officer of Hallador Energy Company (also known as Hallador Petroleum Co.) of Sunrise Coal, LLC from March 1991 to February 2014. He served as the President of Hallador Energy Company from March 1991 to September 2009 and its Chief Financial Officer and Chief Accounting Officer until September 2009. Mr. Stabio served as a Secretary of Hallador Energy Company. He serves as a Member of Board of Managers of Sunrise Coal, LLC. He has been the Chairman of Hallador Energy Company since January 24, 2014 and also its Director since 1991. He serves as a Director of Savoy Exploration, the general partner of Savoy Energy, L.P. Mr. Stabio has been active in the oil and gas business for 32 years.
