Ms. Laurie D. Stelzer has been Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President of Halozyme Therapeutics, Inc. since June 15, 2015. Ms. Stelzer earned her B.S. in Accounting from Arizona State University and an MBA from the UCLA Anderson School of Management.

Mr. Harry J. Leonhardt, Esq., has been Chief Compliance Officer, General Counsel, Corporate Secretary and Senior Vice President at Halozyme Therapeutics, Inc. since April 13, 2015. Mr. Leonhardt is responsible for all legal, compliance and intellectual property matters at Halozyme. He has more than 30 years of corporate legal, intellectual property, compliance, business development and mergers and acquisitions experience to Halozyme, with an extensive background in the biotechnology sector. He served as Senior Vice President of Legal & Compliance of Amylin Pharmaceuticals, Inc. since September 2011 and Secretary since June 2010. Mr. Leonhardt served as Vice President of Legal and Corporate Governance at Amylin Pharmaceuticals, Inc. from June 2010 to September 2011. He served as Vice President Legal, Deputy General Counsel from October 2008 to June 2010 at Amylin Pharmaceuticals, Inc. and Vice President and Chief Intellectual Property Counsel since September 2007. He served as Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of Senomyx Inc. since September 2003 until October 5, 2007. He served as Senior Vice President of Senomyx Inc. since February 3, 2006 until October 5, 2007. From February 2001 to September 2003, he served as Executive Vice President of Business Development, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of Genoptix, Inc. From February 2001 to February 2003, Mr. Leonhardt served as Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary at Ngen, Inc. from July 1996 to November 2000. From January 1990 to June 1996, he served in various legal and management capacities at Allergan, Inc. He was an Attorney with Lyon & Lyon LLP in Los Angeles where he represented a number of pharmaceutical, biotechnology and consumer products companies. He also serves as a Special Master through the California State Bar. Mr. Leonhardt holds a B.S. degree from the University of the Sciences in Philadelphia and a Juris Doctorate from the University of Southern California Law Center.
Dimitrios Chondros

Dr. Dimitrios Chondros has been the Chief Medical Officer of Halozyme Therapeutics, Inc. since May 5, 2017. Dr. Chondros joined Halozyme in 2015 from Genentech to lead the PEGPH20 clinical development program, including leading HALO-301. He has nearly 20 years of experience in drug development including prior roles at Genentech and Cell Genesys where he directed clinical development programs including for GVAX immunotherapy in prostate cancer and Avastin in gastrointestinal malignancies.

Dr. Michael J. LaBarre, also known as Mike, PhD has been the Chief Scientific Officer of Halozyme Therapeutics, Inc., since August 24, 2015 and has been Vice President since August 26, 2015. Dr. LaBarre served as Vice President of Product Development at Halozyme Therapeutics, Inc., since September 2008. Dr. LaBarre oversaw all of Halozyme's product development efforts, bringing strong experience in chemistry, manufacturing and controls (CMC) based on his extensive experience in the biotechnology industry for both biologics and small molecules. Dr. LaBarre served as Vice President of Product Development at Paramount BioSciences, LLC, where he led the CMC efforts for all of the product development programs within Paramount's portfolio. Prior to Paramount, Dr. LaBarre served in various research and development positions at Biogen Idec (previously IDEC) from 1995 to 2006 where he had responsibility for analytical and formulation development, protein purification and biochemical characterization supporting numerous IND and BLA submissions, including those for Rituxan(R) and Zevalin(R). Dr. LaBarre also served as Director of Analytical and Protein Biochemistry at Biogen Idec. Prior to IDEC, Dr. LaBarre spent two years at Vical, Inc. in the analytical methods development group. He began his career at Hybritech where he held positions in regulatory affairs and manufacturing technical support, focusing on radiolabeled antibody technologies and analytical chemistry. Dr. LaBarre received his BS degree in Chemistry from Southampton College and his PhD in Bioinorganic Chemistry from the University of Arizona.
