Mr. Robert A. DeAlmeida, also known as Bob, has been the Chief Executive Officer and President at Hamilton Bancorp, Inc. (formerly, Hamilton Bancorp, Inc. (Maryland)) since 2005. Mr. DeAlmeida is vice chairman of the Maryland Bankers Association and is on the board of directors of Healthy Neighborhoods, a program of the Baltimore Community Foundation which helps fund housing for first time home buyers in Baltimore City. He is also on a special committee to advise the president of the Maryland Chamber of Commerce and served as a Director of both Harbel Housing Services and Neighborhood Housing Services of Baltimore. He has been a Director of Hamilton Bancorp, Inc. and Hamilton Bank since 2005. Mr. DeAlmeida has been a Member of Community Depository Institutions Advisory Council of Federal Reserve Bank of Richmond since February 2013. Mr. DeAlmeida earned his bachelor's degree in accounting from Loyola College of Maryland and his master's degree in economics from the University of Baltimore.

Ms. Ellen R. Fish serves as the Chief Lending Officer and Executive Vice President of Hamilton Bancorp, Inc. (formerly, Hamilton Bancorp, Inc. (Maryland)). Ms. Fish has been the Chief Lending Officer and Executive Vice President of Hamilton Bank since February 2014. She serves as the President of Network 2000, L.L.C. She served as a Director of Community Banking of CFG Community Bank (also known as: CFG Community Bank, Towson Branch and AmericasBank Corp.) since May 2008. She has over 28 years of banking experience and an impressive background in acquisition financing, real estate, asset based lending, small business lending, government contract lending, leasing, syndications and health care. She served as the President of CFG Community Bank since May 2007. She served as the President of Towson Community Bank Operating Division of CFG Community Bank (Also known as: CFG Community Bank, Towson Branch) from May 2007 to May 2008 and served as its Executive Vice President. She worked in banking in Towson and Baltimore since moving to the area in 1984. She joined CFG Community Bank in May 2007. She served as Senior Vice President of Commercial Banking at Provident Bank (Provident Bank of Maryland) since 1997 until joining Towson Community Bank. She founded Baltimore County Small Business Resource Center and is its Chairman. She serves on the Boards of Directors of the Maryland Chamber of Commerce, Towson University. She worked closely with the College of Business and Economics at Towson University where she is a Member of the College's Advisory Board. She served as the Chairman and Board Member of the Baltimore County Chamber of Commerce. Ms. Fish was named one of Maryland's Top 100 Women by The Daily Record in 2005.

Ms. Sherri L. Wilson has been Senior Vice President of Technology & Support at Hamilton Bank since January 2013. Ms. Wilson has been Senior Vice President of Technology & Support at Hamilton Bancorp, Inc since January 2013. Over the past 30-plus years she has held a wide range of positions at Hamilton Bank. She served as Vice President of Hamilton Bank and Vice President of risk & compliance. She served as Vice President of operations & compliance at Hamilton Bank from 2005 to 2012. She began her career at Hamilton Bank in 1980. Her positions have included all areas of bank management: operations, accounting, lending, and technology. After six years as a teller, she began learning all areas of banking management: operations, accounting, lending and technology. She was with NCR Corporation to develop Hamilton's first automated new accounts program, and she works with Fiserv, a company that develops information management and electronic commerce systems for the financial services industry, to help make changes or recommendations to the banks core processing system. She also served the IFE as a national director and a board president. She earned an associate's degree in business at Baltimore County Community College-Essex. She graduated from The Dale Carnegie School in 1994 and the Maryland Bankers Executive School of Banking in 2007. Ms. Wilson earned multiple awards including a Degree of Distinction from the Institute of Financial Education. She graduated from Mercy High School.

Mr. John P. Marzullo serves as Chief Financial Officer of Hamilton Bancorp, Inc. Mr. Marzullo has been Senior Vice President of Hamilton Bancorp, Inc. (formerly, Hamilton Bancorp, Inc. (Maryland)) since January 1, 2013 and has been its Treasurer since December 2010. Mr. Marzullo has been Senior Vice President of Hamilton Bank since January 1, 2013 and serves as its Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer. He is responsible for overseeing the accounting department, handling the monthly and quarterly financial reporting and managed Hamilton's investment portfolio. Mr. Marzullo served as Vice President and Treasurer of Hamilton Bank since joining in December 2010. He served as Vice President of Hamilton BanCorp, Inc. since December 2010. Mr. Marzullo worked at K Bank in Maryland, where he served as a Controller and Assistant Vice President. He is a Member of the Maryland Association of CPAs and the American Institute of CPAs. He has 15 years of experience in accounting, both as a certified public accountant and as an Assistant Controller in the banking industry. Mr. Marzullo Graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Finance in 1994 and a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting in 1996, both from Towson University.
