Mr. Chong Guk Kum has been the Chief Executive Officer and President of Hanmi Financial Corporation and Hanmi Bank since June 11, 2013. Ms. Bonita I. Lee, also known as Bonnie, has been the Chief Operating Officer and Senior Executive Vice President of Hanmi Bank and its parent company, Hanmi Financial Corporation since August 2013. Ms. Lee served as the Chief Operating Officer of BBCN Bank and BBCN Bancorp, Inc. from March 16, 2009 to August 2, 2013 and also served as Senior Executive Vice President from May 1, 2013 to August 2, 2013. She served as an Executive Vice President of BBCN Bank since March 16, 2009. She served as an Acting President of BBCN Bank and BBCN Bancorp, Inc. from January 2013 to March 2013. Ms. Lee served as an Executive Vice President of BBCN Bancorp, Inc. She served as an Executive Vice President of Nara Bank, N.A. and Nara BanCorp. Inc. since March 2009. She has more than 20 years of banking experience. She served as Chief Credit Officer of Nara BanCorp. Inc. from October 2003 to September 12, 2008 and served as its Member of Office of President from March 2006 to November 2006. She served as Senior Vice President of Nara BanCorp. Inc. from February 2000 to October 2003, Vice President from 1993 to 2000 and Credit Administrator from 1993 to October 2003. She served as Chief Credit Officer of Nara Bank, N.A. from April 13, 2005 to September 12, 2008. She served as Senior Vice President of Nara Bank from October 2003 to April 2005, Executive Vice President since April 13, 2005 and also served as its Member of Office of the President. She joined Nara Bank in November 1993 and served in various positions in lending department. Ms. Lee held various lending positions with California Center Bank in Los Angeles from 1989 to 1993.
