Mr. Mark B. Dunkerley has been the Chief Executive Officer of Hawaiian Holdings, Inc. since June 2, 2005 and serves as its President since February 2003. From 1999 to 2000, he served as Chief Operating Officer and President of Worldwide Flight Services, Inc. From 1989 to 1999, he served an Executive Officer of British Airways Plc (UK), where he served a variety of management position including, Senior Vice President for British Airways Latin America and Caribbean division from April 1997 to July 1999. He served as Manager in British Airways' Eastern Europe division from October 1995 to April 1997. Mr. Dunkerley served as a Vice President and Manager of British Airways from August 1989 to October 1995 and was responsible for Commercial and Government Affairs for North America and Investor Relations for North America. Prior to joining British Airways, he served as an Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer of the Miami International Airport from August 1985 to August 1989. He has been a Director of Hawaiian Holdings Inc. and Hawaiian Airlines, Inc. since June 2, 2005. Mr. Dunkerley serves on the Board of Directors of Hawaii Visitors and Convention Bureau, the Chamber of Commerce of Hawai?i and Airlines for America (formerly Air Transport Association of America, Inc.) and Hawaii Business Roundtable. He served as a Director of Worldwide Flight Services, Inc. from 1999 to 2000. Mr. Dunkerley is a licensed commercial pilot. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the London School of Business in 1984 and a Master's degree in Air Transportation Economics from the Cranfield Institute of Technology in 1985.

Ms. Barbara D. Falvey has been the Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Hawaiian Airlines, Inc., since July 2005. Ms. Falvey served as a Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Aladdin Gaming Holdings, LLC since February, 2000. She has over 15 years of human resources experience in the gaming industry. From March 2003 to June 2005, she served as a Vice President of Ameristar Casinos where she was responsible for corporate human resources. From July 1998 to January 2000, she served as a Vice President of Organization Development and Training at Caesars World, Inc., where she was responsible for overseeing employee and organization development activities for all Caesars-owned properties. From 1996 to 1998, Ms. Falvey served as a Vice President of Human Resources for The Desert Inn in Las Vegas. From 1984 to 1996, she worked in a variety of positions in Human Resources at Caesars Tahoe in Lake Tahoe, Nevada, served as a Director of Human Resources and Vice President of Human Resources at the property from 1990 to 1996. She served for 3 years as Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Aladdin Gaming, LLC and has 15 years in executive leadership positions in human resources, both at the corporate and property levels, at Caesars World, Inc. Ms. Falvey received a B.A. in English from the University of California, Los Angeles in 1983 and a M.S. in Organization Development from Pepperdine University in 2003.

Mr. Aaron J. Alter has been Chief Legal Officer, Executive Vice President and Corporate Secretary at Hawaiian Holdings Inc. since January 2016. Mr. Alter has been Chief Legal Officer, Executive Vice President and Corporate Secretary at Hawaiian Airlines, Inc. since January 7, 2016. Mr. Alter oversee all legal, regulatory and corporate governance matters, as well as the administration of quarterly board and annual shareholder meetings. Mr. Alter was partner at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, where he practiced corporate and securities law since 1990. Mr. Alter served as Legal counsel of Limerick BioPharma, Inc. His practice experience spans the full range of corporate transactions, including advising start-up companies on venture capital financings, public offerings and mergers and acquisitions. He has extensive public offering experience on the underwriter side. His clients are primarily technology companies, including those in the semiconductor, semiconductor equipment, software and telecommunication fields, as well as retail companies of all sizes. Having lived in Asia for more than 11 years, he speaks some Mandarin and counts among his clients a number of Asian companies. He was a member of Northern California Super Lawyers list from 2013 to 2015 and listed in the 2006-2016 editions of Best Lawyers in America. He holds a juris doctor degree from Harvard Law School in 1985 and a master's degree in business administration from Harvard Business School. He also received a.B in Economics and East Asian Studies from Harvard University and is a graduate of Kaiser High School in Honolulu. He was a Rotary International Scholar at the Chinese University of Hong Kong.

Mr. Peter R. Ingram has been the Chief Commercial Officer of Hawaiian Airlines Inc. since November 1, 2011 and its Executive Vice President since November 16, 2005. Mr. Ingram served as Chief Commercial Officer at Hawaiian Holdings Inc. since November 2011 and its Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer since November 2005 to October 2011. Mr. Ingram served as Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of Hawaiian Airlines Inc. since November 16, 2005 to October 2011. Mr. Ingram served as Vice President of Finance and Chief Financial Officer of American Eagle Airlines. Prior to that, Mr. Ingram served as Chief Financial Officer of AMR Corporation, the parent company of American Airlines and American Eagle Airlines, for eleven years. Prior to that, he spent eight years in finance-related management positions at American Airlines. Mr. Ingram holds a B.A. Degree in Business Administration from the University of Western Ontario in 1988 and an M.B.A. from Duke University in 1994.

Ms. Shannon Lei Okinaka has been the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of Hawaiian Holdings Inc. since May 21, 2015 and also serves as Treasurer May 2015. Ms. Okinaka served as Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of Hawaiian Airlines, Inc. since May 21, 2015. She served as Interim Chief Financial Officer, Senior Vice President and Treasurer of Hawaiian Holdings Inc. since January 2015 until May 21, 2015. Ms. Okinaka served as Interim Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President of Hawaiian Airlines, Inc. since January 14, 2015 until May 21, 2015. Ms. Okinaka served as Vice President and Controller of Hawaiian Airlines, Inc. from 2011 to January 2015. She joined Hawaiian Airlines, Inc as a Senior Director in charge of Sarbanes-Oxley compliance and special projects. Prior to Hawaiian Airlines, Ms. Okinaka worked for Hawaiian Electric Co. and Coopers & Lybrand/PricewaterhouseCoopers. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Hawai'i at Manoa.
