Mr. Joseph J. DeAngelo, also known as Joe, has been Chief Executive Officer and President of HD Supply Holdings, Inc. since January 2005. Mr. DeAngelo has been Chief Executive Officer and President of HD Supply, Inc. since January 2005 and has been its Chairman of the Board since March 12, 2015. He has been the Chief Executive Officer and President since January 2005. He serves as the President of HDS Holding Corporation. He serves as the Chief Executive Officer of HD Supply GP & Management, Inc. He has over 32 years of global operating experience, including 17 years in various leadership roles and that, along with his knowledge of strategic planning and global business experience. He served as Chief Executive Officer of HD Supply Electrical, Ltd. He served a the Chief Executive Officer and President of HD Supply Facilities Maintenance, Ltd. since January 2005 until June 5, 2017. He served as Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President of The Home Depot, Inc. from January 2007 to August 31, 2007 and Executive Vice President of Home Depot Supply from August 2005 to August 31, 2007. From January 2005 to August 2005, Mr. DeAngelo served as Senior Vice President of Home Depot Supply, Pro Business and Tool Rental. From April 2, 2004 to January 2005, he served as Senior Vice President of Pro Business and Tool Rental at The Home Depot, Inc. He served as an Executive Vice President of Tools Group at Stanley Black & Decker, Inc. (formerly, The Stanley Works) from April 22, 2003 to April 2004. He joined Stanley on March 25, 2003. From 1986 to March 2003, he held various positions with General Electric Company. Mr. DeAngelo served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of GE Transport International Pool and Modular Space, a division of General Electric Capital since 2002; Chief Operating officer of GE Appliances since 2000; Vice President, E-Business of GE Appliances since 1999 and General Manager, Six Sigma, GE Appliances since 1998. He also held multiple operating leadership positions in GE Electrical Distribution and Control, GE Plastics, GE Power Generation and GE Aerospace, in addition to participation on GE's Corporate Audit Staff. Prior to joining GE, he held finance and operating positions at Georgia Pacific and CL Marvin, PLC. From August 2005 to December 2006, he served as Senior Vice President of HD Supply. Mr. DeAngelo has been the Chairman of HD Supply Holdings, Inc. and HD Supply Facilities Maintenance, Ltd since March 12, 2015. He has been a Director of HD Supply, Inc., HD Supply Facilities Maintenance, Ltd. and HD Supply Holdings, Inc. since August 30, 2007. He served as an Independent Director of Owens-Illinois, Inc. since May 26, 2016 until July 13, 2017. He serves on the CEO Advisory Council of the Cristo Rey Atlanta Jesuit High School. Mr. DeAngelo holds a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and Economics from the State University of New York at Albany.

Ms. Anna Stevens has been the Vice President of Human Resources and Chief People Officer of HD Supply Holdings, Inc. and HD Supply, Inc. since January 29, 2017. In this role, Ms. Stevens oversees all of HD Supply's HR professionals across HD Supply and in multiple functional areas including benefits, recruiting, compensation, organizational development and learning, talent management, strategy, project management, M&A, HR systems and technologies, payroll and community affairs. With nearly 20 years of experience in HR management, she has extensive expertise in communications and change management, HR strategic planning, staffing, development and succession planning, coaching and performance management. She joined HD Supply in 2008, serving as Senior Director of Communications. She served as Vice President, HR Strategy, Marketing and Communications of HD Supply Holdings since 2012 and served as its Vice President, HR Planning and Operations from 2014 to January 29, 2017. She served as Vice President of Human Resources and Planning at HD Supply, Inc. until January 30, 2017. Prior to joining HD Supply, she was in various roles of increasing responsibility for AT&T, Inc. Preceding AT&T, she held HR management roles at Progressive, Inc., Bell South and Aerotek Inc. She is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management and has earned certifications in Professional of Human Resources???, ???VOICES LSA??? Feedback Facilitation: Leadership Development, Lominger Coaches Training (2001) and Labor Relations Training. Ms. Stevens holds a Bachelor's degree in International Relations from Lynchburg College in Lynchburg, Va., and a Master's degree in Organizational Leadership from Gonzaga University, in Spokane, Wash.

Mr. William P. Stengel II, also known as Will, has been the President and Chief Executive Officer of HD Supply Facilities Maintenance, Ltd. and HD Supply Holdings, Inc. since June 5, 2017. Mr. Stengel served as the Chief Operating Officer and Senior Vice President of HD Supply Facilities Maintenance, Ltd. and HD Supply Holdings, Inc. since August 2016 until June 5, 2017 and January 2016 until June 5, 2017 respectively. In this current role, Mr. Stengel has responsibility for strategy, supply chain, merchandising and global sourcing, e-Commerce, marketing, customer care, human resources, information technology, inside sales and USA Bluebook and Canadian operations at HD Supply Facilities Maintenance. He has 20 years of experience focused on finance, strategic growth and operational execution. He served as the Chief Commercial Officer of HD Supply Facilities Maintenance, Ltd and HD Supply, Inc. since January 2016 until August 2016. He had responsibility for merchandising and global sourcing, marketing and e-business execution at HD Supply Facilities Maintenance in addition to investor relations, mergers and acquisitions, strategic planning and business process improvement. He was responsible for partnering with HD Supply businesses to drive strategic growth and operational excellence. In addition, he has led numerous acquisition and divestiture transactions. He served as Chief Commercial Officer at HD Supply Holdings, Inc., since January 2016 until September 2016. Mr. Stengel served as Senior Vice President of Strategic Business Development and Investor Relations at HD Supply Holdings, Inc. and HD Supply, Inc. from July 2013 to January 2016. He served as Vice President of Strategic Business Development at HD Supply from June 2010 to June 2013 and its Director of Strategic Business Development from February 2008 to June 2010 and also Senior Manager of Strategic Business Development from July 2007 to February 2008. He joined HD Supply in July 2005 and has since taken on increasing leadership responsibilities including mergers and acquisitions, real estate, strategic planning, strategic initiatives, supply chain operations, investor and public relations, communications and corporate marketing. He and his teams have responsibility to drive strategic growth and operational excellence. Prior to HD Supply, he served as a Senior Financial Analyst at Stonebridge Associates, LLC and served as its Financial Analyst from 2000 to 2003. He joined Stonebridge Associates after working as an Analyst at FleetBoston Financial, specializing in technology and communications corporate finance. Mr. Stengel also worked for Bank of America Merrill Lynch where he focused on corporate and investment banking as a Financial Analyst of Technology and Communications from 1999 to 2000. He served as Project Manager of Strategic Business Development at The Home Depot from October 2006 to July 2007 and Senior Analyst of Strategic Business Development from July 2005 to October 2006, Summer Associate Future Leadership Program from June 2004 to August 2004. He is involved with the Atlanta Speech School and the Westminster Schools in Atlanta. He is a candidate in the AIMR Chartered Financial Analyst Program. His high school studies completed at Middlesex School. Mr. Stengel holds a bachelor's degree in Economics from Trinity College and an MBA with a concentration in Strategy and Finance from Vanderbilt University's Owen Graduate School of Management.

Mr. Bradford A. Cowles, also known as Brad, has been the Chief Operating Officer of Core & Main LP. Mr. Cowles is responsible for growth initiatives, business development, national accounts and marketing organizations. He has been Chief Operating Officer of HD Supply Waterworks at HD Supply Holdings, Inc. since February 2017. He has more than 20 years of engineering, manufacturing and IT experience. He served as Chief Information Officer of HD Supply Holdings, Inc. and HD Supply, Inc. since January 2015 until February 2017. He served as the IT leader for three of HD Supply's business units including his role as Vice President of Information Technology of HD Supply Waterworks Business Unit since June 2013 until January 2015. Since joining HD Supply team in 2005, he has held roles of increasing responsibility including managing the enterprise-wide IT infrastructure and merger & acquisition teams, leading the HD Supply Interior Solutions IT organization and the HD Supply Lumber & Building Materials IT organization. Prior to joining HD Supply, he spent 10 years with the Michelin Tire Corporation in various leadership roles in research and development, manufacturing and quality in both the United States and France. He holds a Master's degree in Gas Dynamics and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, both from the University of Florida, where he graduated Summa Cum Laude.
