Mr. Krishnan Rajagopalan has been the President, Chief Executive Officer and Director of Heidrick & Struggles International, Inc. since July 6, 2017. Mr. Rajagopalan served as Acting Chief Executive Officer of Heidrick & Struggles International, Inc. since April 3, 2017 until July 6, 2017 and served as its Acting Chief Executive Officer until July 6, 2017. Beard, also known as Steve, has been the Chief Administrative Officer of Heidrick & Struggles International, Inc. since January 1, 2013 and as its Executive Vice President and General Counsel since December 3, 2010 and also serves as Secretary. Mr. Beard served as Interim General Counsel of Heidrick & Struggles International Inc. since August 2010 to December 3, 2010 and served as its Secretary from August 2010 to January 2013. He served as Deputy General Counsel of Heidrick & Struggles International Inc. until November 2010 and served as its Vice President. Mr. Beard holds a BA degree in Political Science from the University of Illinois, Urbana and a Juris Doctorate degree from the Indiana University School of Law, Bloomington.

Mr. Richard W. Pehlke, also known as Rich, has been the Chief Financial Executive Officer and Executive Vice President of Heidrick & Struggles International Inc. since August 16, 2011. Mr. Pehlke served as Chief Financial Officer of GERA Danbury LLC. He served as Director for Investor Relations of Household International, Director of Investor Relations, Financial Planning and Financial Reporting at Beatrice Companies and New Zealand Telecom and Belgacom. He has over 35 years of global corporate financial leadership experience in the business services, telecommunications, food & consumer products, financial services and commercial real estate industries. He served as the Interim Chief Financial Officer of Heidrick & Struggles International Inc. from May 16, 2011 to August 16, 2011. He served as a Consultant of Grubb & Ellis Company since May 3, 2010. Mr. Pehlke served as Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of Grubb & Ellis Company from February 2007 to May 3, 2010 and also served as its Principal Accounting Officer until May 03, 2015. He served as Chief Financial Officer of Grubb & Ellis Realty Advisors, Inc. since March 2007 and served as its Chief Accounting Officer. He served as Consultant of Hudson Global, Inc (also known as Hudson Highland Group Inc.) from December 2005 to December 31, 2006. He has more than 30 years of global business experience in key corporate finance positions. Prior to that, he served as the President of Sapphire Solutions Ltd. He served as an Independent Consultant for various companies from 2001 to 2003. He served as Vice President and Treasurer of AT&T Teleholdings, Inc. from 1994 to 1999 and Vice President for Investor Relations from 1986 to 1993. He served as Principal Accounting Officer of Hudson Global, Inc. He served as Chairman of the board of trustees of Edward Health Services Corporation. Mr. Pehlke serves as Director of Windstream NTI, LLC. He serves as a Director of Sycamore IL and Valparaiso University. He has been a Director of IDEAL Industries, Inc. since 1999. He served as a Trustee of Edward-Elmhurst Healthcare. He served as a Director of Hudson Global, Inc from April 2003 to December 2005. Mr. Juan Ignacio Perez serves as Managing Partner of Heidrick & Struggles International Inc. Mr. Perez served as Managing Partner of Heidrick & Struggles International Inc.'s Mexico City Office since January 2006. Mr. Perez joined Heidrick & Struggles in 2000 as a partner after serving as president of Thomas & Betts in Mexico, a leading supplier to the electrical and technology markets. He previously worked for Motorola as director, Latin America for the Information Services Group. His search practice focuses primarily on the hardware, software, semiconductors, IT services, professional services and telecommunications sectors. He also is a member of the Consumer and Life Sciences Practices. He completed the Top Management Program at the IPADE University and received his degree in electrical and electronic engineering from Universidad La Salle.

Mr. Colin Price has been an Executive Vice President at Heidrick & Struggles International Inc. since October 5, 2015 and has been its Global Managing Partner of The Leadership Consulting Practice since January 1, 2016.
