It takes a special can-do mindset to excel at GAVS. One has to make things happen and if you try, a LOT can be achieved!
One and a half years ago this was a very good company, but now it is not. There is no proper management, and who doesn't know how to manage project they became project manager and they don't know how to take requirements and there is no proper communication the team member
The better question is what does the leadership team do right. They need to get better at everything.
