
I can speak for web engineering. Its made a lot of progress in the last 3 years of becoming a best practices state of the art engineering team. Still in a transition to full agile, some Water Scrum/Scrum Fall going on . Continuous Integration and Delivery in progress but code coverage isn't where you'd want it. Not yet doing TDD but some teams have 100% code coverage for new work. The shop is .Net, so as we move to fully embracing the cloud that is happeneing in Azure. Now moving to microservices and containerization.
