The pay for my position is $5-7 lower and they expect more with individuals that aren't trained properly

Interviews were conducted in multiple layers: Users, related department(s), HR, country leads. All gave a picture of the company's culture and habits, which showed a lot of passion for the works being done + it's not all about work but also life.
