Mr. Craig Harris serves as Chief Executive Officer of HG Data Company, Inc. Mr. Harris founded NOZA, Inc. in 2005 and served as its Chief Executive Officer. He served as the President of HG Data Company, Inc. until April 2013. Mr. Harris spent two years in Paraguay assisting small village communities in their reforestation and alternative agriculture efforts. Mr. Harris led the efforts to secure a land-grant and multi-year seed funding, and oversaw the development of the farm including the construction of classrooms and dormitories. Mr. Harris passion for nonprofit service began in 1995 when he joined the Peace Corps as an Agroforestry Extensionist. Upon his return to the United States, Mr. Harris spent two years as the Development Director for the Foodbank of Santa Barbara County, and later formed South Coast Strategies. Mr. Harris served as a Senior Consultant and Partner of VisionWork and managed its prospect research and capital campaign planning division. During this time Mr. Harris served as fundraising counsel for several capital campaigns including Habitat for Humanity of Santa Barbara County, Casa Esperanza Homeless Center, and the St. Vincent's Affordable Housing Campaign. Mr. Harris received special commendation from the U.S. Ambassador to Paraguay and the Spanish Red Cross for his leadership efforts following a natural disaster near his village. He serves as Director of HG Data Company, Inc. Mr. Harris holds a BS from the University of California at Santa Barbara.

Mr. Nick Cronin serves as the Chief Financial Officer of HG Data Company. Mr. Cronin is responsible for all financial management, planning and corporate operations. He serves as a Vice President of Finance and Operations of Invoca, Inc. (formerly, Ring Revenue, Inc.). Mr. Cronin is responsible for all financial management, planning and corporate operations. He served as Director of Finance and Operations at Invoca, Inc. Prior to joining RingRevenue, he was the Corporate Controller at InTouch Technologies, where he managed a multi-million dollar annual budget and ensured sufficient capital resources to fuel the company's seven-figure annual growth. At InTouch, he also oversaw the its expansion across four continents. Prior to InTouch, he was an audit manager with a leading regional accounting firm and Deloitte, focused primarily on emerging technology companies. Mr. Cronin is a Certified Public Accountant and has a bachelor's degree in Business Economics and Accounting from the University of California, Santa Barbara.

Mr. Tim Baskerville has been the President of HG Data Company, Inc. since April 2013. Mr. Baskerville served as the President of JUPR Holdings, Inc. Mr. Baskerville served as the Chief Executive Officer of Jupiter Research and President of Kagan Research LLC since February 2005. He ran his own consulting firm advising media-related companies on product development, strategy and execution. He was the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of London-based Baskerville Communications Corp. He served in a leadership capacity for a variety of business information and consulting companies. He served as an Executive Vice President of International Media Publishing, L.P. (London), and General Manager, Paid Content, 1105 Media, Inc. (Los Angeles). He began his career in broadcast journalism (CBS, Cox Broadcasting). Mr. Baskerville served as President and Publisher of Vidmar Communications. Early in his career, he served as an Editor at Kagan and as a Journalist, Columnist, Editor and Producer for such organizations as CBS, Cox Broadcasting, Billboard, Radio News West and Television News, Inc. Mr. Baskerville is an entrepreneur and consultant, where he launched and managed several industry specific information companies. Over the years, he provided consulting services to major organizations that include: the Rockefeller Foundation, International Data Corporation/LINK Resources, IBM, Young & Rubicam, 3M, Sony and Reed Business Information. Mr. Baskerville has been the Chairman of the Board of Wanted Technologies Corporation since December 5, 2013 and has been its Director since April 16, 2009. He serves as a Director of HG Data Company, Inc. He served as Director of Business & Legal Resources, Inc. He holds B.A. in Theater arts from the University of California.

Mr. Victor Moreira has been Chief Innovation Officer at HG Data Company, Inc. since June 06, 2016 and served as its Chief Technology Officer. Mr. Moreira started working as an intern at an HP Partner, in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, becoming a full time employee 6 months later. Since that time he has built his career as an expert in the areas of Software Development and System Administration.

Robert Fox serves as the CTO of HG Data Company. Robert started at HG Data Company in April of 2016. Robert currently resides in Greater Los Angeles Area.

David Gowans serves as the Vice President of Engineering of HG Data Company. David started at HG Data Company in February of 2016. David currently resides in Santa Barbara, California Area.

Tracy York serves as the VP of Client Success of HG Data Company. Tracy started at HG Data Company in August of 2016. Tracy currently resides in Santa Barbara, California Area.

John Connell serves as the Executive Vice President, Digital of HG Data Company. John currently resides in the Louisville, Kentucky Area.

Monty Hudson serves as the Senior Director, Client Development, Digital Audience of HG Data Company. Monty currently resides in the Greater Los Angeles Area.
