Mr. Henry Sun has been Advisor of Highpower International, Inc. since August 3, 2016. Mr. Sun served as the Chief Financial Officer of Highpower International, Inc., since January 2011 until August 3, 2016 and served as its and Corporate Secretary until August 3, 2016. Mr. Sun served as Chief Financial Officer of Zoomlion Concrete Machinery Company from November 2009 to October 2010. From November 2008 to September 2009, he served as the Finance Director of Yasheng Group USA. From December 2006 to November 2008, he served as Senior Finance Manager of Cepheid, Inc. From October 2003 to September 2006, he was a Financial Consultant at Merrill Lynch. He joined Highpower International in November 2010 as the President's Assistant. He is a Graduate of the Thunderbird School of Global Management.

Ms. Yuanmei Ma has been Investor Relationship Director of Highpower International, Inc. since August 3, 2016. Ms. Ma served as the Chief Financial Officer and Principal Accounting Officer of Buddha Steel Inc. since July 21, 2010. She has over a decade of experience in a variety of capital market positions for publicly-held companies. She served as a Partner for Shangdong Runwo Investment and Asset Management Company, LLC. She served as Chief Financial Officer of Zhongpin Inc. from September 2005 to October 2008 and Henan Zhongpin since September 2005. She served as Chief Financial Officer of Yihe Pharmaceutical Company, Ltd. from August 2009 to June 2010. She served as Principal Accounting Officer of Zhongpin, Inc. and served as its Treasurer since March 2007. Ms. Ma served as Vice President of Zhongpin Inc. since January 2006 and of Henan Zhongpin since September 2005. She served as Senior Operations Manager, Investment Banking for Daton Securities Co., Ltd. from August 2004 to August 2005. From March 2002 to August 2004, Ms. Ma served as an Accounting Manager with Neotek International Corporation, (USA). From December 1998 to January 2002, she served as an Operations Manager in the Asian Project Department for Trans-Pacific Venture Investment, Inc. She has been a Director of Buddha Steel Inc. since July 21, 2010. She is a licensed CPA in the United States. Ms. Ma received her Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Arkansas State University and EMBA degrees from Tsinghua University in Beijing and INSEAD Business School in Fontainebleau, France. She holds an MBA from Oklahoma City University.

Mr. Shengbin Pan, also known as Sunny, has been Chief Financial Officer of Highpower International, Inc. since February 12, 2017 and its Financial Controller since January 2015 also as its Corporate Secretary since September 14, 2016. Mr. Pan has been General Manager of Huizhou Highpower Technology Co. Ltd., since January 2016. He has over 20 years' experience in Finance & IT management positions in several multi-national companies and has worked with Highpower since January 2015. He served as Interim Chief Financial Officer and Financial Controller at Highpower International, Inc. from August 7, 2016 to February 12, 2017. Prior to his position at Highpower, he served as Financial Controller for Philips Luminaire Manufacturing (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. He has ACCA (UK) and CICPA (China) qualifications and has extensive experience in OX IFRS / China GAAP / US GAAP. He holds a Bachelor's Degree and MBA from New York Institution of Technology (NYIT).
