Again, it's the way Ownership treats the employees. We are treated as equals. Any advice given is purely on the hopes that you will see a new point of view. You are not forced to do things the company way.

They don't micro - manage at all. We hire Senior Recruiters and let them be Senior Recruiters. They are ALWAYS forward thinking as far as bleeding edge databases, search engines and at desk equipment are concerned. I NEVER have to beg them to get anything that will help.
