Some teams are clearly running better than others, and those teams seem to have a good camaraderie with one another. The view from the office is pretty great :)
Trusting and listening to their valuable employees and experts. Communicating more effectively with each other and the wider company. Not letting ego, tenure, and age get in the way of progress. Scaling resources with expectations.
Culture is dead, tons of turnover, lack of communication goes all the way to the top, lots of politics and expectations outweighing resources. I'm not sure anything will improve until leadership starts valuing their own experts and putting money where their impossibly high expectations lie.
