True leads who understood the balance of achieving company goals while not pushing aside enployee needs

Leading in the marketplace again
Trusting and listening to their valuable employees and experts. Communicating more effectively with each other and the wider company. Not letting ego, tenure, and age get in the way of progress. Scaling resources with expectations.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Local team has openness and transparency
The people are great to work with
Some teams are clearly running better than others, and those teams seem to have a good camaraderie with one another. The view from the office is pretty great :)
There is a genuine sense of honesty & openness. I don't feel like there are too many politics, though of course there are some!

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Culture is dead, tons of turnover, lack of communication goes all the way to the top, lots of politics and expectations outweighing resources. I'm not sure anything will improve until leadership starts valuing their own experts and putting money where their impossibly high expectations lie.
