Mr. Scott Ridley has been Chief Banking Officer and Executive Vice President of Home Bank NA, a subsidiary of Home Bancorp, Inc. since October 03, 2013. Mr. Ridley has over 20 years of banking industry experience, most of which was with Hibernia/Capital One, where he led high-performance teams of commercial and retail bankers across Louisiana, including the markets served by Home Bank. An active member of the community, he has served many non-profit organizations through Board of Director service, including the Istrouma Area Council of the Boy Scouts of America, Teach for America - South Louisiana, Junior Achievement of Greater Baton Rouge and Acadiana (former Board Chairman) and was a founding Board member of the Greater Baton Rouge Community Clinic. Mr. Ridley holds a finance degree from the University of New Orleans and is a graduate of the Southwest Graduate School of Banking at Southern Methodist University.

Mr. Joseph B. Zanco, also known as Joe, has been the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President at Home Bancorp, Inc. and Home Bank NA since April 2008. Mr. Zanco served as Controller and Principal Accounting Officer of Iberiabank from February 2005 to April 25, 2008. He served as Controller at IberiaBank Corporation from May 2003 to April 25, 2008 and prior thereto, as an Internal Audit Manager at Iberia Bank. He served as Senior Vice President and Executive Vice President for the IberiaBank Corp. He joined Iberiabank Corp. in 2002 as an Internal Audit Manager. He served as a Risk Consulting Manager in Arthur Andersen's New Orleans office. Before joining Arthur Andersen, he gained extensive experience as a Senior Internal Auditor for First Commerce Corporation. He serves as a Trustee at Lafayette General Health System, Inc. and Lafayette General Medical Center, Inc. Mr. Zanco is a Certified Public Accountant and Certified Internal Auditor.

Mr. Jason Paul Freyou has been the Chief Operations Officer and Executive Vice President at Home Bancorp, Inc. and Home Bank NA since March 9, 2015. Mr. Freyou served as the Chief Operations Officer, Assistant Secretary and Senior Vice President of Teche Federal Bank (formerly, Teche Federal Savings Bank) of Teche Holding Company since August 2008. He served as a Chief Operating Officer of Teche Holding Company. He has twenty-one years of successful banking experience. He served as Chief Information Officer and Executive Vice President at The State Bank and Trust Company (Defiance, OH) from April 2005 to August 2008. From July 1999 to March 2005, Mr. Freyou served as Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Director of First Bancshares of Baton Rouge and Bank of West Baton Rouge. He has also served as a Director of First Bank and First Bancshares of Baton Rouge, Inc. and Southern Financial Exchange. He has also served as a Captain in the United States Army and served in Army for 14 years. Mr. Freyou is a Certified Public Accountant, a Member of the Society of Louisiana Certified Public Accountants, American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and is a Certified Information Technology Professional. Mr. Freyou is a graduate of New Iberia Senior High School and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Louisiana State University.

Mr. Darren E. Guidry has been the Chief Credit Officer and Executive Vice President of Home Bank NA since October 03, 2013. Mr. Guidry served as the Chief Lending Officer and Executive Vice President of Home Bancorp, Inc., until October 2013. Mr. Guidry served as the Chief Lending Officer and Executive Vice President of Home Bank since 1993 until October 2013.

Jason Freyou serves as the EVP / COO of Home Bank. Jason started at Home Bank in Mar of 2015. Jason currently resides in the Lafayette, Louisiana Area.

Tracey Textor serves as the AVP Mortgage Loan Officer of Home Bank. Tracey started at Home Bank in June of 2018. Tracey currently resides in the Greater New Orleans Area.

Scott Cobb serves as the AVP/Mortgage Lending of Home Bank. Scott started at Home Bank in December of 2017. Scott currently resides in the Baton Rouge, Louisiana Area.
