The C level staff is awesome and they treat everyone with respect unfortunatly middle managers and below don't keep up the philosophy. Contractors and contingent staff are treated as indentured servants and disposed of like fodder at a fire sale.

They like him. Generally he is in a class of his own. Very approachable and treats everyone with respect and friendly familiarity. A humble man that knows what he wants and is not at all pushy or arrogant.
