the team work is the best

Honda has a solid open door policy, you can voice your concerns to anyone at any level of management. I worked on the assembly line when i started and the plant manager would walk the lines every friday and shake everyones hand and thank them. We all have the same cafeteria, we are respected

Recognizing that their delusions do not extend beyond their desk

i can not say much

Honda has very good health insurance, all sorts of other perks, childcare reimbursement being one of them. Honda has never had a layoff and always provided a bouns every year. If sales are slow you can still come in to work and earn a paycheck

Honda matches your 401k. They offer FMLA, excellent benefits.

Pay has been frozen for years. Pay is lower than industry standards for engineers by at least 20%.

Our compensation is below industury average and not keeping up with inflation

Not being selfish people, look to work as a team

Be more sensitive to people of color

Harassment, ridiculing others, management, treating customers properly. Not bullying your fellow co workers. Know that we are working on a united front. Management not disclose confidential conversations to the rest of the shop.

I have worked for Honda twice now, I think you would keep more employees if people that were already there didn’t try to make new people want to leave. I’m a very strong person and I’m there to make ends meet…..if I was younger I probably would have quit by now. I think Honda needs a person

Managers are the worst in North Carolina location, for power equipment

Less mandatory overtime so morale isnt so low. More concern for life outside the plant

Customer is not satisfied with the facilities ....

They need to vet their directors properly. People with management skills that invoke fear should not become managers. They make people not want to work for the company.

Suppliers were not treated correctly in many times

Team management should be there

Hire all employees as Honda employees and not temporary

Stop taking away benefits while demanding more from employees. Stop allowing nepotism and sexism from running rampant. Management and management trainees consist solely of white and Japanese men. From the top all the way to the lowest supervisors. women/persons of color never get past floor mngr.
