My coworkers are very nice and will help me out if need be. I wish my manager would give me more opportunities to expand and grow in my position, however, he has bigger fish to fry with his boss

Not being selfish people, look to work as a team

Be more sensitive to people of color

Harassment, ridiculing others, management, treating customers properly. Not bullying your fellow co workers. Know that we are working on a united front. Management not disclose confidential conversations to the rest of the shop.

I have worked for Honda twice now, I think you would keep more employees if people that were already there didn’t try to make new people want to leave. I’m a very strong person and I’m there to make ends meet…..if I was younger I probably would have quit by now. I think Honda needs a person
