Better then most ive seen or hesrd abt not exactly with the leadership title but the beat ive had

the team work is the best

Honda has a solid open door policy, you can voice your concerns to anyone at any level of management. I worked on the assembly line when i started and the plant manager would walk the lines every friday and shake everyones hand and thank them. We all have the same cafeteria, we are respected

Most came up doing the job that I am currently doing so they know what we are going through. They ask for opinions and work to make things better for us. They also organize appreciation events for us.

They strive to meet the customers satisfaction!

Communication, training. Respecting employees and being supportive of their personal lives.

Recognizing that their delusions do not extend beyond their desk

Treating the workers with respect

Understanding their associates better and their cultures. Some of us have different beliefs.

Actually fixing things and not putting a band aid on it

Leadership skill, Team management, Inter deptt coordination, Clear Vision, Alignment with Company's goal

Actually doing some of the same work that line people do

Focus on quality instead of quantity just to get bonuses

Taking care of their employees, they need to stop taking from their current employees.
