The interview process has changed from when I was hired. I started as a temp and had to be interviewed when getting hired. Now they will hire temps a couple of months after starting with no interview. They people they are hiring are so lazy. I do not feel proud of my company like I did years ago.
There is no interview. They just give you a start date when you apply if you pass the drug test

The interviews are ok but they take to long to hire you full time
Tell the truth about working conditions before you offer a job
increase salary, improve machines, software
Better organized and better leadership
Way to long for a average market job
