The interview process has changed from when I was hired. I started as a temp and had to be interviewed when getting hired. Now they will hire temps a couple of months after starting with no interview. They people they are hiring are so lazy. I do not feel proud of my company like I did years ago.
There is no interview. They just give you a start date when you apply if you pass the drug test
