What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Suppliers were not treated correctly in many times
Team management should be there
Hire all employees as Honda employees and not temporary
Stop taking away benefits while demanding more from employees. Stop allowing nepotism and sexism from running rampant. Management and management trainees consist solely of white and Japanese men. From the top all the way to the lowest supervisors. women/persons of color never get past floor mngr.

more employee appreciation. we take pride in what we do but our managers dont take pride in us. we are always told we are replaceable
