How secure do you feel at your job at Honda?

on a scale of 1 to 10 . Security as an associate = 10 unless you kill someone on site and as a contingent on the same scale = 0.025 . I know what the marysville Honda R&D culture is and always has been since the 80's.

Not at all. As a contractor you know almost immediatly that you have no security and that you are disosable and will be disposed of as soon as they feel a desire to brush the blame off on someone disposable.

I am an associate and I don't feel secure at all.
