Mr. Bailey Knight also kniw as Chip, has been Chief Credit Officer of HopFed Bancorp Inc. since January 15, 2016 and served as its Senior Vice President. Mr. Knight served as a Market President and Senior Lender of HopFed Bancorp Inc. since April 2, 2012. Mr. Knight was responsible for all retail and lending functions in the three office Cheatham County, Tennessee market. Mr. Knight's responsibilities included relationships with the HopFed's largest commercial lending clients as well as assisting other commercial loan officers in the calling and structuring of loan agreements. Prior to April 2012, Mr. Knight served as the Regional Executive and Team Lead with Capital Bank and GreenBank, where he was responsible for all retail and lending functions in eight offices located in Northern Middle Tennessee. Mr. Knight has over 25 years of commercial banking experience, all in Middle Tennessee. Mr. Knight holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Austin Peay State University in Finance.

Mr. Michael L. Woolfolk, also known as Mike, has been the Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President of HopFed Bancorp Inc. and its subsidiary, Heritage Bank USA, Inc (also know as Heritage Bank) since August 2000 and its Secretary since May 31, 2011. Mr. Woolfolk served as Senior Vice President of Operations and Technology of CBT Corporation since December 1994. Mr. Woolfolk served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Bank of Marshall County since October 1995 and previously served as its Senior Vice President since December 1988 and Executive Vice President since November 1993. Mr. Woolfolk served as the President of Firststar Bank-Marshall County and President of Mercantile Bank. He has been a Director of HopFed BanCorp. Inc. and Heritage Bank USA, Inc. since August 15, 2012.

Mr. Clay Smith serves as the President of Pennyrile Ford, Lincoln, Mercury and Purchase Ford, Lincoln, Mercury. Mr. Smith has been the Owner and Operator of Pennyrile Ford Lincoln Mercury in Hopkinsville, Kentucky since 2002 and Purchase Ford of Mayfield, Kentucky since 2000. Prior to that, he served as Chief Financial Officer of Jenkins and Wynne Honda, Ford and Lincoln for thirteen years. He has been a Director of HopFed BanCorp. Inc. since May 18, 2011. He serves as an Director for Heritage Bank USA, Inc.(Hopkinsville, KY). He was Chairman on several committees of the First Baptist Church of Hopkinsville, of which he is a Member. Mr. Smith is a Member of the Hopkinsville Rotary Club.

Mr. Keith Bennett has been Tennessee Market President of Montgomery County - Heritage Bank since November 2005. Prior to that, Mr. Bennett was Vice President of Commercial Lending for Farmers and Merchants Bank and First Federal Savings and Loan, both of Clarksville, Tennessee. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from the University of Tennessee at Martin.

Mr. Billy C. Duvall, CPA has been Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of HopFed BanCorp. Inc., and its subsidiary Heritage Bank USA, Inc. since June 1, 2001 and serves as its Principal Accounting Officer and Senior Vice President. Mr. Duvall serves as Senior Vice President of HopFed BanCorp. Inc. and served as its Vice President since June 1, 2001. He served as an Auditor at Rayburn, Betts & Bates, P.C., independent public accountants and a Principal Examiner with the National Credit Union Administration. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Austin Peay State University in Accounting and Finance. Mr. Duvall is a Certified Public Accountant of Virginia.
