Mr. Michael Finos, also known as Mike, has been Vice President of Operations at Horizon Global Corporation since June 22, 2017. Mr. Finos joined Cequent in May 2003, after 8 years in a similar position with Hidden Hitch. He has over 30 years of Operations leadership experience across Manufacturing, Supply Chain and Information Technology disciplines. His achievements include multiple business consolidations, facility relocations and system integrations supporting growth and strategic initiatives. Mike has several years of experience developing and managing teams in Mexico and Asia, ensuring robust supply chains in place to support all customer channels. His metrics-driven management style embraces Continuous Improvement and Lean Management principles. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems degree and also holds a Master of Science in Management degree from Walsh College.

Mr. Jay Goldbaum has been General Counsel of Horizon Global Corporation since November 13, 2017 and as its Chief Compliance Office since June 30, 2015 and Corporate Secretary since January 14, 2015. Mr. Goldbaum served as Legal Director of Horizon Global Corporation from June 30, 2015 to November 13, 2017 and as its Vice president from January 14, 2015 to June 29, 2015. He served as Chief Operating Officer at Horizon Global Corporation from February 18, 2016 to February 25, 2016. Mr. Goldbaum served as an Associate General Counsel of Commercial Law at TriMas since January 2014. He joined TriMas in January 2012 and held the position of legal counsel. Before joining TriMas, he was an Associate in the corporate and litigation practice groups at the law firm of Jaffe, Raitt, Heuer & Weiss, P.C. from September 2007 to August 2011. Mr. Goldbaum also held the position of chief operating officer at Teal Media, an internet design and communications company from August 2011 to October 2011.

Mr. David G. Rice has been Chief Financial Officer of Horizon Global Corporation since June 30, 2015 and served as its Vice president from January 14, 2015 to June 29, 2015. Mr. Rice joined TriMas Corporation in 2005 and brings more than 30 years of financial, audit and leadership experience to the role. He has held previous roles at TriMas Corporation, which include division finance officer of Cequent Performance Products and group controller and director of Corporate Audit. Prior to 2005, he held additional divisional controller positions of increasing responsibilities at GKN Sinter Metals and Mueller Industries, Inc., as well as managing international operations finance at The Woodbridge Group. Mr. Rice holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a concentration in Accounting from the Wayne State University, an Executive Masters of Business Administration from the University of Michigan and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Mr. Carl Bizon is President of Horizon Global Americas inc since January 29, 2018. Mr. Bizon served as Chief Executive Officer at Jayco Corporation in Australia. He served as President of Cequent APEA at Horizon Global Corporation (a/k/a, TriMas Corporation) until October 29, 2015. Mr. Bizon joined TriMas Corporation in 2008. He manages the overall business responsibility for Cequent Asia Pacific with primary duties including executing growth initiatives, managing profit and loss performance, sales and marketing, operations and human resource initiatives. Prior to TriMas, he developed a strong knowledge and skill set in the areas of sales, manufacturing, customer management, product development, IT and large scale project management at companies such as GWA International, Stramit Industries and Tubemakers. Mr. Bizon served as General Manager for Caroma of GWA Group Limited (formerly Gwa International Ltd.) from May 1, 2004 to November 30, 2005. Mr. Bizon served as General Manager for Dux Manufacturing Limited.

Mr. Paul Caruso serves as Managing Director of Europe, Africa & Latin America and Regional Vice President at Horizon Global Corporation. Mr. Caruso served as President of Europe & Africa at Horizon Global Corporation since June 22, 2017 until August 10, 2017. Mr. Caruso served as Managing Director of Cequent EALAM and Vice President at Horizon Global Corporation since October 29, 2015 and served as its Senior Vice President of International & Corporate Development until October 29, 2015. Mr. Caruso joined TriMas Corporation in 2002, as leader of the product management function at Cequent. He manages Cequent's Latin American business and Corporate Development activities for Cequent/Horizon. His primary duties are general management, strategic planning and mergers and acquisitions. Mr. Caruso has over 30 years experience in a variety of roles in industrial and automotive companies, including Federal Mogul, Ford Motor Company, Standard Products Co and Oildyne. He has extensive experience in start-up companies having worked in three different start-ups over the course of his career. Mr. Caruso earned a bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering and an MBA from Michigan State University.

Mr. Jason Kieseker has been President of Asia Pacific at Horizon Global Corporation since June 22, 2017. Mr. Kieseker served as Managing Director- Asia Pacific and Regional Vice President at Horizon Global Corporation until June 22, 2017 and served as its Managing Director of Cequent APAC and Vice President since October 29, 2015. Mr. Kieseker served as Regional Vice President and Managing Director for Horizon Global and was responsible for Europe and Africa. Mr. Kieseker began his career in Australia at Hayman Reese, a Cequent company in 2001, where he served as General Manager of the Thailand business and the Sales and Marketing Director for Cequent APEA. Mr. Kieseker graduated from the University of Queensland with a bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.

Gennaro Stea serves as the VP Sales of Horizon Global. Gennaro started at Horizon Global in Jul of 2018. Gennaro currently resides in the Greater Detroit Area.
