Mr. Nathan S. Tyrrell, also known as Nate, has been Chief Investment Officer and Executive Vice President at Host Hotels & Resorts, Inc. since September 11, 2017 and served as its Executive Vice President of Investments from January 18, 2017 to September 11, 2017. Mr. Tyrrell served as Managing Director of Investment Activities for East Coast at Host Hotels & Resorts, Inc. since April 2015 until January 18, 2017. Mr. Tyrrell previously served as the Senior Vice President and Treasurer at Host Hotels & Resorts, Inc. since February 2010. He joined Host Hotels & Resorts, Inc. in 2005 and has its strategic planning efforts. Mr. Tyrrell received an MBA from Harvard Business School, and a BA from Harvard University.

Ms. Elizabeth A. Abdoo has been an Executive Vice President of Host Hotels & Resorts, Inc. (formerly, Host Marriott Corp) since February 2003 and has been its General Counsel since June 2001 and Corporate Secretary since August 2001. Ms. Abdoo served as Senior Vice President at Host Hotels & Resorts, Inc. since June 2001. Prior to Host Hotels & Resorts, Inc., Ms. Abdoo served as a Senior Vice President and Assistant General Counsel of Orbital Sciences Corporation from January 2000 to May 2001 and Vice President and Assistant General Counsel since 1996.

Mr. Sourav Ghosh has been the Head of Enterprise Analytics Group at Host Hotels & Resorts, Inc. since January 18, 2017. Mr. Ghosh served as Senior Vice President of Global Business Intelligence at Host Hotels & Resorts, Inc. since 2015. He joined Host Hotels & Resorts, Inc. in 2009.

Mr. Brian G. Macnamara has been a Senior Vice President and Corporate Controller of Host Hotels & Resorts, Inc. since September 1, 2007 and served as its Principal Accounting Officer. Mr. Macnamara joined Host Hotels & Resorts, Inc. (formerly, Host Hotels & Resorts) in February 1996. He served as a Vice President and Assistant Corporate Controller of Host Hotels & Resorts, Inc. (formerly, Host Hotels & Resorts) since February 2007 and its Vice President of Financial Reporting & Corporate Real Estate. Mr. Macnamara participates at the level of senior vice president in the annual incentive award program, which is available to all employees of Host Hotels & Resorts and provides employees the opportunity to receive cash incentive awards based on its financial performance and the individual performance of each employee.

Mr. Jay L. Johnson has been Treasurer and Senior Vice President at Host Hotels & Resorts, Inc. since April 2015. Mr. Johnson previously served as a Vice President and Assistant Treasurer at the firm. He led the efforts related to Host Hotels & Resorts' new credit facility in 2014 and handled all mortgage loans related to Host Hotels & Resorts' foreign investments. Mr. Johnson oined Host Hotels & Resorts in 2010. Prior to that, he served as a Vice President at KeyBank Real Estate Capital.

Mr. Rogerio Miranda De Souza has been Senior Vice President of Acquisitions - Brazil Unit at Host Hotels & Resorts Inc. since September 2011. Mr. Souza joined Host Hotels from Brazil Hospitality Group, where he directed mergers and acquisitions and investor relations and led development of new hotel ventures. At Host, he leads efforts in-region, targeting investments in luxury, upper-upscale and mid-market hotels throughout Latin America as well as the development of mid-market and economic hotels in prime locations throughout Brazil.

Mr. Minaz B. Abji has been an Executive Vice President of Asset Management at Host Marriott LP since 2003. Mr. Abji serves as Executive Vice President of Asset Management at Potomac Hotel Limited Partnership. He has been Executive Vice President of Asset Management of Host Marriott Corporation - General Partner at Host Hotels & Resorts LP since 2003. He has over 30 years of hotel operations experience in Canada and the United States including 23 years with Westin Hotels. He served as an Senior Advisor at Host Hotels & Resorts, Inc. (formerly, Host Marriott Corp.) from April 30, 2017 to October 30, 2017 and previously served as an Executive Vice President of Asset Management from August 2003 to April 30, 2017. Mr. Abji served as the President at Canadian Hotel Income Properties REIT (CHIPREIT). Mr. Abji served as Executive Vice President Asset Management for Host Hotels and Resorts ('Host'), an S&P and Fortune 500 lodging focused real estate investment trust listed on the NYSE from 2003 to 2017. Prior to Host Marriott LP, Mr. Abji served as the President at SilverBirch Hotels & Resorts, a Canadian REIT located in Vancouver, British Columbia, until February 1, 2004, where he began working in August 1998. He worked for Starwood Hotels and Resorts and Westin (until its acquisition by Starwood) in Canada in various positions from 1975 to 1988, served as area Managing Director. Mr. Abji also gained significant hotel operating experience with Starwood Hotels and Resorts as Area Managing Director in Canada. Mr. Abji held various roles at Canadian Hotel Income Properties REIT, a Canadian REIT located in Vancouver, British Columbia including President and Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer. He was Chair of the American Hotel and Lodging Educational Foundation and serves on the Board of Trustees. He has been an Independent Director of American Hotel Income Properties REIT GP Inc., since May 10, 2017. He is a Member of Stategic Advisory Council of Nor1, Inc. He serves as a Member of Strategic Advisory Board at Intelity Solutions, LLC. Mr. Abji was Board member of the American Hotel and Lodging Association and a Board member for the U.S. Travel Association. He served as a Trustee of SilverBirch Hotels & Resorts. He has an undergraduate degree in hotel administration from George Brown College, an MBA from Rockhurst University and completed the Advanced Management Program at Harvard University.
